Dec. 11

-Possession of drug paraphernalia from the 100 block of City Park Lane. Confiscated was a marijuana smoking device.

-Burglary third degree from the 100 block of City Park Lane.

-Found property from Airpark Industrial at County Road 87 (highway, street). Recovered was a wallet containing identity documents.

-Information only report from the 1400 block of Colonial Way (residence, home). Confiscated were drugs.

-Possession of a controlled substance and using a false identity to obstruct justice from Chevron (highway, street). Confiscated were narcotics and stolen were other.

-Information only report from Alabaster City Hall (government, public building).

-Possession of marijuana second degree from Shelby Baptist Medical Center (drug store). Confiscated was marijuana.

-Possession of a controlled substance from Shelby Motor Lodge (highway, street). Confiscated was a syringe.

 

Dec. 12

-Found property from Alabaster (parking lot, garage). Recovered were drugs.

-Chemical endangerment from the 1000 block of First Street North (drug store).

-Possession of a forged instrument from the 9000 block of Highway 119 (supermarket). Forged was a check.

-Duty upon striking an occupied vehicle from Jimmy Gould at Highway 119 (highway, street). Damaged was a Honda Accord in the amount of $100.

-Domestic violence third degree and harassment form the 9600 block of Highway 17 (residence, home).

-Sexual abuse first degree from Hillspun Road (residence, home).

-Hospice Death from the 400 block of Simmsville Road (storage facility).

 

Dec. 13

-Theft of property second degree from the 40 block of Buck Creek Plaza (other, unknown). Stolen were metal grates valued at $2,000.

Dec. 14

-Domestic incident from McDonalds (restaurant).

-Possession of drug paraphernalia from the 800 block of Windsor Court (residence, home). Confiscated was a crack pipe.

-Possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana second degree from Kent Dairy Road (highway, street). Confiscated were a glass meth pipe and marijuana.

-Animal complaint from the 900 block of Fifth Avenue Northwest (residence, home).

-Animal complaint from the 100 block of Cape Cod Circle (highway, street).

-Animal complaint from the 100 block of Allen Drive (highway, street).

-Lost property from Dollar Tree (department store). Recovered were identity documents, credit cards and money.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property third degree from the 700 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (parking lot, garage). Stolen were a passport, a backpack, bank statements, an Xbox 360 remote and tools.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and criminal mischief second degree from the 400 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (restaurant). Stolen were a tablet valued at $100, a case valued at $75 and damaged was a Chevrolet 2500 HD in the amount of $1,500.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property second degree from Jim N Nick╒s BBQ (parking lot, garage). Stolen were a purse valued at $500, a wallet valued at $500, a credit card, two debit cards, a credit card and a check book.

-Criminal mischief second degree from Jim n Nick╒s (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a Ford F150 in the amount of $750.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property third degree from Buffalo Wild Wings (restaurant). Damaged were vehicle windows in the amount of $1,200 and stolen was an iPhone 4S valued at $200.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property third degree from Jim n Nick╒s (parking lot, garage). Stolen were a digital camera valued at $300, a camera case valued at $20 and damaged was a Ford Mustang in the amount of $850.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and criminal mischief third degree from Buffalo Wild Wings (restaurant). Damaged was a vehicle window in the amount of $400.

 

Dec. 15

-Property damage from the Post Office (highway, street). Damaged was a Ford Explorer.

-Information only report from the 1000 block of First Street North (drug store).

-Fraudulent use of a credit or debit card from an unknown location. Stolen were Paypal transactions in the amount of $102.80.

-Fraudulent use of a credit or debit card from multiple locations (service, gas station). Stolen were transactions totaling $237.54.

-Criminal mischief third degree from the 300 block of Mardis Lane (residence, home). Damaged was a Nissan Frontier in the amount of $150.

-Possession of marijuana second degree and possession of drug paraphernalia from the Alabaster Police Department (jail, prison). Confiscated were marijuana and a pack of rolling papers.

-Possession of marijuana second degree from the 238 mile marker of Interstate 65 (highway, street). Confiscated was marijuana.

-Criminal mischief third degree from Highway 17 (residence, home). Damaged were trash cans in the amount of $200.

-Information only report from Target (department store). Damaged was a Toyota 4-Runner in the amount of $500.

-Property damage from Sol Azteca (highway, street). Damaged was a Toyota Camry.

-Domestic violence third degree and criminal mischief third degree from the 300 block of Tanglewood Circle (residence, home). Damaged was a door in the amount of $300 and a door in the amount of $50.

Dec. 12

–Domestic violence/harassment from 15th Street, Calera (residence/home).

–Theft of property III from Flagstone Lane, Calera (residence/home). A 32 inch Samsung tv valued at $230 was stolen.

–Harassing communications from Savannah Lane, Calera (residence/home).

–Theft of property III from 5100 block of U.S. 31, Calera (supermarket). A pair of grey athletic pants valued at $11.96 was stolen.

–Theft of property II from 5100 U.S. 31, Calera (supermarket). Six Walmart gift cards totaling $917.84 were stolen.

–Theft of property III from 4300 U.S. 31, Calera (parking lot/garage). Three steel grates valued at $75 were stolen.

Dec. 14

–Property damage from 8081 U.S. 31, Calera (other/unknown). $250 worth of damage was done to a Jeep Patriot.

–Burglary III and theft of property II from 80 Metro Drive 87, Calera (storage facility). An HP Pavilion desktop with monitor valued at $400, miscellaneous computer games and software valued at $300, a kitchen knife set valued at $50 and a box fan valued at $10 were stolen. $15 worth of damage was done to a master lock.

–Domestic/menacing and unlawful imprisonment I from mile marker 231 on Interstate 65, Calera (highway/street).

 

Dec. 15

–Theft of property II from 8081 U.S. 31, Calera (other/unknown). A metal grate valued at $500 was stolen.

–Burglary III and theft of property II from 1715 CR 201, Calera (residence/home). A stainless steel oven valued at $800 and a stainless steel dishwasher valued at $500 was stolen. $200 worth of damage was done to a metal door.

Dec. 16

–Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property III from 14th Street, Calera (residence/home). $200 worth of cash was stolen.

–Identity theft and theft of property III from 5100 U.S. 31, Calera (supermarket). A Visa legacy debit card and $229.94 was stolen.

–Criminal mischief II/damage to private property from 959 10th Street 40, Calera (residence/home). A Chevrolet Tahoe and Toyota Camry were damaged.

–Criminal mischief III/damage to private property and criminal trespass III from 256 Ridgelyn Road, Calera (residence/home). $50 worth of damage was done to a storage building.

-Leaving the scene of an accident from County Road 261 and Cunningham Drive Helena (highway/street). Damages in the amount of $800 were done to the driver’s side rear bumper of a silver Nissan Frontier.

Dec. 17
-Identity theft from various locations (other/unknown). Stolen was $222.52 in various transactions.
-Damage to property from the 4100 block of Highway 17, Helena (highway/street). Damages totaling $1,200 were done to the passenger side mirror, passenger side door and passenger side body panel of a 2010 Kia Forte.

Confiscated were a clear plastic bag containing approximately .5 grams of suspected heroin valued at $20, a clear cellophane wrapper containing four suspected Adderall 10 mg pills valued at $40, a clear plastic bag containing approximately two grams of suspected marijuana valued at $10 and a red straw with suspected heroin residue valued at $1.
-Theft of property III from 715 Cahaba Valley Road, Pelham (service/gas station). Stolen was an Alabama license plate valued at $25.
-Theft of property III and recovered stolen property III from the 1900 block of Pelham Parkway, Pelham (parking lot/garage). Stolen was an Alabama tag valued at $25.
-Theft of property II from the 200 block of Stonehaven Trace, Pelham (residence/home). Stolen was a 22 caliber semi-automatic pistol with white grips of an unknown make and model valued at $250.
