Frances Louise Lucas Nabors, age 93, of Montevallo, died Jan. 12.
She was a member of Southside Baptist Church and worked at Thompson Elementary. She always put her family first.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Aaron Jasper Nabors; son, Allen Nabors; daughter-in-law, Gloria Mills Nabors; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Tom Lucas; two brothers; and six sisters.
She is survived by her daughters, Sara Winterbottom (Dean) and Frances Dale Hale (Tracy); grandchildren, Mark Busby, Cindy Nabors, Sammy Nabors, Christi Lowery and Jason Hale; great-grandchildren, Jake & Austin Busby, Trista & Kinsey Nabors, and Max & Nic Lowery; sister, Nell Hamrick; and brother, Franklin Lucas (Joann).
Her funeral service will be held Wednesday, Jan. 14 at 1 p.m. at Southside Baptist Church, Montevallo. The luncheon will begin at 10:30 a.m., with visitation at noon. Burial will be at Shelby Memory Gardens in Calera.
