Jackie Leon Moody, age 82, died Friday, Feb. 6.
The funeral service will be held at 10 a.m., Tuesday, Feb. 10 at Columbiana United Methodist Church in Columbiana. Burial will take place at The Alabama National Cemetery in Montevallo at 12:30 p.m. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m., Monday, Feb. 9 at Bolton Funeral Home in Columbiana.
Mr. Moody is survived by his wife, Peggy Joyce McMurry Moody; sister, Monnie Sue Fowler; sons, Thomas Leon Moody and Timothy Howard Moody (Holly); daughter, Loretta Kim Moody Hawkins (Tim); grandchildren, Harmony Moody Cesnick (Nolan), Haley Moody Alves (Daniel), Brandon O’Neal Hawkins (Vesna), Kimberly Brooke Hawkins, Stephen Leon Moody (Erin), Daniel Keith Moody, and Bethany Rachel Moody; great-grandchildren, Jacob Thomas Cesnick, Evan James Cesnick, Zana Ajani Alves, Evelyn Moss Alves, and Emma Katherine Moody.
