“Chick-fil-A is always looking for locations that will allow us to serve our guests as conveniently as possible, and this is no different,” Greystone Chick-fil-A owner-operator Brent M. Fielder said. “Chick-fil-A has been working to offer a location for customers in the Greystone area for a while, and we are excited to be able to offer it now.”

Chick-fil-A Greystone will be a full-service restaurant with a double-lane drive-through to accommodate customers more quickly, and a dining room that can hold more than 100 people, Fielder said.

“Inside we will seat 106 guests in our dining room, and we have a great playground for the kids in our community to enjoy,” Fielder said. “We will offer free Wi-Fi for our customers and will be serving the full Chick-fil-A menu.”

A ribbon cutting ceremony is scheduled for March 12 at 10:30 a.m. at the restaurant, which is located at the corner of Alabama 119 and U.S. 280.

“Additionally, as with the opening of any Chick-fil-A, there will be a big party taking place the night before the opening,” Fielder said. “The first 100 customers of Chick-fil-A Greystone will receive ‘free Chick-fil-A for a year.'”

Fielder said customers can start lining up at 6 a.m. March 11 to be one of the first 100 through the door.

Construction on Chick-fil-A Greystone started in early November 2014.

“We are still hiring for the new location, and we are looking for people who are passionate about serving our guests and making a positive impact on our community through our restaurant,” Fielder said. “Specifically, we are looking for people to help us in the daytime to serve our guests a great breakfast and lunch with incredible service.”
