HELENA–The city of Helena will be hosting its city-wide Easter egg hunt on Saturday, March 28, and all Helena residents and families are invited to attend.

The Easter egg hunt will be from 9 a.m. to noon at the Helena amphitheater.

Children ages 0-2 will hunt eggs beginning at 9 a.m. ages 3-5 will hunt at 9:45 a.m. and ages 6-8 will hunt beginning at 10:30 a.m.

Councilwoman Leslie Bartlett has attended the hunt in recent years and thinks it’s a great family event.

“All the children are super excited to hunt the eggs and it’s a great family event for everyone to come out and kickoff the Easter season,” said Bartlett.

All of the eggs that will be hidden will be plastic and at the end of the hunt, each child will receive a prize.
