Mary Ellen Vowell turned 100 on May 6, 2015.

Mary, better known as Nanny, is a resident at Columbiana Health & Rehab.

She is mother to Robert (Bud) Vowell of Birmingham and Sue Patterson (D).

Nanny has four grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren and a host of other friends and family to love.
