– Death investigation from the 17000 block Highway 61, Wilsonville (residence/home). Destroyed was 12ml of Morphine Sulfate (100mg/5ml), 69.5 Promethazine (25mg), 9 Diazepam (10mg) and 17 Percocet (10mg/325).

– Burglary and violation of protection from abuse order from the 100 block of Quail Run Circle, Wilsonville. Damaged were a back metal door, couch cushions, a flat screen television, a refrigerator, water damage to living room and kitchen floor, water damage to books and movies and messaged written on walls and coffee table.

– Identity theft from the 1300 block of Franklen Road, Pelham (residence/home).

– Rape from the 100 block of Deer Ridge Drive, Chelsea (residence/home).

Stolen were a MacBook Pro with a silver charger valued at $1500, a black iPod touch valued at $150, Beats Headphones valued at $180, Pink iPod shuffle valued at $100, opal ring with stones around it valued at $200, opal earring and necklace set valued at $300 and a diamond necklace valued at $1400.

Received was one Valcyclovir (blue, RX905), unknown white round pills, 1.5 Alprazolam (blue, round) and 0.6 grams of leafy green substance believed to be marijuana.

– Driving under the influence of alcohol form the 7000 block of Alabama Highway 119, Birmingham (parking lot/garage).

– Harassment from the 60 block of Al-youth Drive, Sterrett (residence/home).

– Theft of lost property from the 5100 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham (Restaurant). Stolen were an Alabama drivers license, a Social Security card, two debit cards, $300 cash and a Blue Cross/ Blue Shield card.

– Chemical endangerment of a child from the 500 block of Camp Branch Circle (residence/home).

– Receiving stolen property from the 4000 block of U.S. Highway 280, Birmingham (other/unknown).

– Theft of property from Highway 260 (other/unknown). Stolen were two pressure washers Cobalt Skid TSC Delco valued at $8600, two hose reels valued at $600, a trailer valued at $3500, a small pressure washer valued at $300 and a 500 gallon plastic water tank valued at $500.

– Death investigation fro the 5400 block of Palomine Trail. Destroyed was 28ml of Morphine sulphate liquid.

– Found property from the 5300 block of Mountain Park Circle, Birmingham (residence/home). Recovered were a Toyota owners manual, two state farm insurance cards, two tote bags, four towels, a blanket, a Plastic mail tote and various papers.

– Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 5300 block of Mountain Park Circle, Indian Springs (residence/home). Stolen was 5 gallons of unleaded gasoline valued at $15.

– Unlawful possession of marihuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 5400 block of US Highway 280, Birmingham (residence/home). Recovered were 2.3 grams of a green leafy substance believed to be marihuana, a blue glass bong, and a metal grinder.

– Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 5400 block of Highway 280 (hotel/motel). Recovered was 3.2 grams of a substance believed to be meth.

– Property damage from the 1500 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham (parking lot/garage).
