Kerry Ray Satterwhite, age 35, of Wilsonville, went home to be with the Lord Jesus on Tuesday, May 26.
The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, May 30 at First Baptist Church of Columbiana with Rev. Buster Timmons and Bro. James Pearson officiating. Burial will follow in Midway Cemetery, Adamsville. Visitation will be from 1-2 p.m., Saturday, May 30 at First Baptist Church of Columbiana. Bolton Funeral Home is directing.
Kerry was a partner in BH&S Investments LLC. He was engaged and scheduled to marry his love, Racheal Rinalda Jones. Kerry battled many health issues mostly due to the main illness of Crohns. He was an avid sports fan and enjoyed his time as a volunteer high school football coach.
Kerry Satterwhite is preceded in death by his grandparents, Jimmie and Hazel Satterwhite of Adamsville and Preston Edwards of Forestdale.
He is survived by his loving parents, Ray and Shirley Satterwhite of Shelby; loving sister, Kendra Denice Satterwhite of Chelsea; loving nephews, Landon Ray Lowery and Brayton Lane Lowery of Chelsea; loving grandparent, Eva Edwards of Forestdale; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Crohns and Colitis Foundation of American (Ccfa.org) or Hoops for Hope.
