Kevin DeWayne Parrish, age 29, of Homewood, formally of Shelby County, passed away Tuesday, June 2.
Kevin attended Thompson High School. He had a heart of gold and was always doing for other people, even if he did without. He will never be forgotten.
He was predeceased by his grandparents, Dick and Anita Parrish. His survivors include his parents, Cathy Tolleson and Dickie Parrish; step-father, Donald Renea Tolleson; brother, Hank William Tolleson; grandparents, J. W. and Cathy Adams and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other family members and friends.
A visitation will be from 5-6 p.m., Thursday, June 4 with a service to follow at 6 p.m. Both will be at Charter Funeral Home. A funeral mass will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, June 5 at St. Thomas Catholic Church in Montevallo. A visitation will be 30 minutes prior to the service at the Church.
