Douglas Kern Bulger, age 56, of Columbiana, died Sunday, June 21.
The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, June 24 at Bethel Baptist Church with Rev. Milton Pointer officiating. He will lie in state from 10-11 a.m. prior to the service. Burial will follow in Columbiana City Cemetery. Visitation was from 6-8 p.m., Tuesday, June 23 at Bethel Baptist Church. Bolton Funeral Home of Columbiana is directing.
Mr. Bulger is preceded in death by his wife, Ollie Etress Bulger and his parents, Donald James and Patricia McCulley Bulger.
He is survived by his sons, Daniel James Bulger and Stephen Mann Bulger; sister, Mary Elizabeth Hillis (Patrick); brother, Donald Russell Bulger (Jennifer) and a host of other family and friends.
