The Alabaster 6U softball All-Star team just finished up a successful season. The team placed first in the first pre-area tournament and second in the second pre-area tournament. Following the first two impressive tournaments, the team followed up by winning the area tournament as well, which allowed them to go compete at the state tournament. The girls went to the state tournament, which was played from June 25-27, and placed second.

The girls had an amazing run from start to finish and this was one of the more impressive performances from one of the Alabaster recreation teams in a few years. The team was presented was presented with various types of trophies including a second place ring. The team was head coached by Rick Ellis the players are as follows.

Blakely Davis, Willa Bedsole, Payton Epperson, Taylor Howard, Morgan Adolphus, Jillian Kato, Whitney Holtzapfel, Allie Rae Ellis, Kenzie Bailey, Ebbi Vandervort, Neely McKim, Ashlynn Brock.
