Thomas H. Fortenberry, of Alabaster, went to be with his Lord Wednesday, July 1, at the age of 70.
He was a trucker and loved everything about the trucking business. He was an avid fisherman. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving proudly during the Vietnam War Era. He loved his family and genuinely loved life.
He is survived by his son, Steve Fortenberry (Jessie); daughter, Angie Frederick (Robbie); brother, Jimmy Fortenberry (Sandra); sisters, Clara Thomas (Buck) and Rebecca Guy; and grandchildren.
