BIRMINGHAM–The Third Annual “New Year, New You” Reveal Party is set for Thursday, July 30, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Iron City in Birmingham to show off the results of the hard work Liz Aldridge of Helena has devoted to personal fitness over the past six months.

The event is hosted by L.I.F.E. Fitness and benefits the Children’s Center for Weight Management at Children’s of Alabama.

Guests will enjoy refreshments provided by Happy Catering, music from Mark A.D. and a silent auction.

Advance tickets may be purchased online at Lifefitnessbham.com/newyou for $20 or at the door for $25.

The highlight of the evening will be the reveal of Aldridge, who was chosen to be the L.I.F.E. Fitness 2015 “New Year, New You” winner last December through a Facebook contest.

Since then, she has been working with L.I.F.E. Fitness owner and personal trainer Matt Crane to improve her overall fitness, health, strength and stamina.
