-Burglary from the 14000 block of Highway 43, Vandiver (residence/home).

-Leaving the scene of an accident from Valleydale Road near Indian Valley Drive (highway/street). Damaged was the rear of a 2015 Dodge Dart.

-Domestic investigation from the 2000 block of Berkeley Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Miscellaneous incident from the 200 block of Chesser Loop Road, Chelsea (highway/street).

-Allowing dogs to roam at large from the 16000 block of Highway 55, Sterrett (residence/home).

-Child in need of supervision from the 3200 block of Berkeley Lane, Birmingham (residence/home). Destroyed were 4 Ziplock baggies containing residue of a green substance and a piece of tape with residue of a green leafy substance.

-Death investigation from the 200 block of Cahaba Oaks Trail, Indian Springs (residence/home).

-Burglary from the 2000 block of Ferry Road, Columbiana (residence/home).

-Sexual abuse from Columbiana (government/public building).

-Theft of property from the 5400 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (other/unknown). Stolen was a Lady Smith & Wesson .38 caliber revolver.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 3900 block of Highway 28, Columbiana (residence/home).

-Fraudulent use of a credit/debit card from the 6000 block of County Road 49, Columbiana (residence/home).

 

July 22

-Miscellaneous incident from Heritage Road, Shelby (residence/home).

-Death investigation from the 5000 block of Indian Valley Road, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Criminal trespassing from the 16000 block of Highway 280, Chelsea (restaurant).

-Lost property from an unknown location (other/unknown). Lost was a Mexican Passport.

-Harassing communications from Grand Vista Way, Chelsea (residence/home).

-Aggravated cruelty to animals from the 3300 block Highway 331, Shelby (field/woods).

-Miscellaneous information from the 3400 block of Portobello Road (residence/home).

-Property damage from an unknown location (other/unknown). Damaged was a 2007 Mitsubishi Outlander.

-Criminal mischief from the 0 block of Maplecrest Drive, Sterrett (residence/home). Damaged was a 2012 Honda Accord in the amount of $5000.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 500 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen was a Garmin GPS unit valued at $250.

-Death investigation from the 1000 block of Crawford Court, Chelsea (residence/home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle and theft of property from the 2600 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham (storage facility). Stolen were a gas range pot rack and a RV modular kitchen table.

-Domestic violence III-Harassment from the 100 block of Benjamin Drive, Alabaster (residence/home).

-Fraudulent use of a credit/debit card from an unknown location (specialty store). Forged was a debit card in the amount of $91.90.

 

July 23

-Driving under the influence of alcohol from Highway 280 West at East Inverness Parkway, Birmingham (highway/street).

-Miscellaneous incident from the 2600 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham (convenience store).

-Miscellaneous incident from Highway 25 and County Road 41, Dunnavant (highway/street). Confiscated was a silver marijuana grinder with marijuana residue.

-Harassment from the 7000 block of Highway 47, Shelby (convenience store).

-Duty to give information and render aid from Highway 280 at Cedar Lane, Birmingham (highway/street). Damaged was a 2012 Chevrolet impala in the amount of $1000.

-Domestic investigation from the 3400 block of Indian Lakes Lane, Pelham (residence/home).

-Harassing communications from the 100 block of Joe White Road, Shelby (residence/home).

-Property damage from the 5000 block of Highway 16, Montevallo (residence/home). Damaged was 80 feet of barbed wire fence with wooden posts in the amount of $600.

-Domestic investigation from Birmingham (residence/home).

-Criminal mischief from Retreat Circle, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Property damage from County Road 47 at Chase Forest Road (highway/street). Damaged was a 2009 Toyota Tacoma.

-Property damage from the 800 block of Narrows Point Drive (residence/home). Damaged was a 2010 Kia Forte.

-Assault from the 7000 block of Highway 47, Shelby (convenience store).

-Domestic investigation from the 500 block of Highway 406, Shelby (residence/home).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Highway 25 and Mimosa Road, Leeds (highway/street). Confiscated were 8 grams of marijuana.

-Theft of property from the 16000 block of Highway 280, Chelsea (convenience store). Stolen was 2 cases of Bud Light beer valued ay $50.

-Fraudulent use of a credit/debit card from the 5000 block of Highway 26, Columbiana (residence/home).

-Miscellaneous information from the 1900 block of Indian Lake Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Domestic violence-assault from the 7100 block of Highway 61, Wilsonville (residence/home).

-Domestic violence-stalking from the 1000 block of Crawford Court, Chelsea (residence/home).

-Domestic violence-assault and domestic violence-criminal mischief from the 400 block of Foothills Parkway, Chelsea (residence/home). Damaged were a decorative vase in the amount of $50, a bathroom door in the amount of $200, a lamp in the amount of $100 and a candle in the amount of $5.

 

July 24
