Ashley Marie Clarke, daughter of George Mack and Michelle Clarke of Calera, Alabama, was engaged to Jonathan Edward Hodgens, son of David and Dedrah Hodgens of Pell City, Alabama, on Aug. 15, 2015.

Ashley is the granddaughter of George and Jane Clarke of Calera, Alabama, and Eugene and Clare Bombich of Paw Paw, Michigan.

Jonathan is the grandson of the late Mr. James Emmit Hodgens and Deloris Mae Coder Hodgens of Marion, Alabama, and the late Mr. Joe Ernest Aultman and Lila Jean Swindle Aultman of Marion, Alabama.

Ashley earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of South Alabama in 2014 and is currently pursuing her Master of Science in nursing at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Ashley works as a Registered Nurse in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit at the University of Alabama at Birmingham Hospital.

Jonathan attended Gadsden State Community college and is currently working for Hardy Corporation out of Birmingham, Alabama.

The couple will wed Saturday, April 16, 2016, at Southern Magnolia at Wilderwood Farms in Montevallo, Alabama.
