-Harassment, theft of property from the 14000 block of Retreat Lane, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen were an iPad second generation, black, valued at $300 and an iPhone 5, black, valued at $300.

-Theft of property from the 5100 block of Cameron Road, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen was a tan 14-foot Madriver canoe valued at $1,400.

-Identity theft from the 300 block of Forest Lakes Drive, Sterrett (residence/home). Stolen was a debit card valued at $454.

-Theft of property from the 2900 block of Kirkcaldy Lane (residence/home). Stolen was a Beretta .380 pistol, stainless with wooden grips valued at $500.

-Civil dispute from the 3200 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Indian Springs (other/unknown).

-Criminal trespass from the 100 block of Highway 219, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Receiving stolen property from the 4600 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (other/unknown). Confiscated were two Axcel Accutouch single pin slider sights valued at $599.98, a Stokerized Bow Stabilizer valued at $259.99, five Protec RMLSG rail mounted green lasers valued at $399.95, a box of Winchester 9 mm valued at $24.99 and a Coast PX 10 flashlight valued at $32.99.

-Domestic violence from Valentine Circle, Wilsonville (residence/home).

-Domestic violence from Mustang Trail, Columbiana (residence/home).

-Domestic violence – criminal mischief second degree, domestic violence – harassment from the 100 block of Crest Drive, Westover (residence/home). Damaged were an iPhone 6s in the amount of $400 and a driver’s window on passenger car.

-Identity theft from the 200 block of Jenkins Farm Road, Helena (residence/home). Stolen was U.S. currency valued at $199.97.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 6200 block of Highway 61, Wilsonville (residence/home).

-Harassment from Strawberry Road, Shelby (residence/home).

-Property damage from Belvedere Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). Damaged were two Arborvitae trees valued at $500 and six potted plants valued at $100.

-Death investigation from the 3000 block of Chippenham Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). Destroyed were 29 ml liquid morphine, 19 Haldol 1 mg and 21 Lorazapam 5.5 mg.

-Property damage from the 100 block of Woodbridge Drive, Chelsea (residence/home). Damaged were a 2003 red GMC Sierra, 1999 white Plymouth Neon and 2001 red Ford Escape.

-Domestic investigation attempted suicide from Highway 491, Vandiver (residence/home).

-Civil dispute from an unknown location (residence/home).

-Theft of property from the 200 block of Inverness Lane (residence/home). Stolen was a red and black BMX style bike valued at $75.

 

May 27

-Missing person (juvenile runaway) from the 400 block of Kinnebrew Drive, Chelsea (residence/home).

-Domestic violence/reckless endangerment, domestic violence/harassment from the 200 block of Highland View Drive (residence/home). Damaged was a Dodge Ram 1500 4×2 2015.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 1900 block of Indian Lake Drive (residence/home). Stolen were U.S. currency valued at $50, a black flashlight valued at $100, 18 lithium batteries valued at $24, a buck folding knife with wooden handle valued at $80, a black folding knife with multi-tools valued at $50 and four pairs of sunglasses valued at $80.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 1900 block of Indian Lake Drive (residence/home). Stolen were U.S. currency valued at $40 and rosary beads.

-Burglary third degree, theft of property from Highway 408, Shelby (residence/home). Stolen were a Troybuilt battery weedeater valued at $60, Murray push lawnmower valued at $120, 15 fishing rods valued at $300, a fan valued at $60, two toolboxes with tools valued at $200 and an air compressor valued at $150.

-Torture or willful abuse of a child from the 100 block of Cameron Drive, Chelsea (residence/home).

-Conspiracy to commit murder from the 300 block of McDown Road, Columbiana (residence/home). Confiscated were a Verizon Wireless Samsung phone valued at $15 and an AT&T smart phone valued at $15.

-Conspiracy to commit murder from the 300 block of McDown Road, Columbiana (residence/home). Stolen were a Verizon Wireless Samsung phone valued at $15 and an AT&T smart phone valued at $15.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana, use/possession of drug paraphernalia from Highway 49 and County Road 109, Wilsonville (highway/street). Recovered were a container of a green leafy substance (marijuana – .5 grams), a glass pipe with marijuana residue and a socket with marijuana residue.

-Theft of utilities from the 100 block of Woodland Drive, Shelby (residence/home). Stolen was power/electricity valued at $15,800.

-Fraudulent use of a credit card from the 1700 block of Alston Farm Road, Columbiana (residence/home). Forged was a VISA valued at $333.

-Resisting arrest from the 200 block of Highland View Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Miscellaneous incident from the 4000 block of Cross Grove Circle, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Miscellaneous incident from the 300 block of Highway 406, Shelby (field/woods).

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 4600 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (convenience store). Stolen was a 4 Locos drink valued at $2.72.

-Domestic investigation from the 3000 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Fire investigation from the 100 block of Barnett Street, Montevallo (residence/home). Damaged were a double-wide mobile home and assorted household items and clothes.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Park Road, Chelsea (parking lot/garage). Confiscated were approximately 3 grams of a green leafy substance suspected of being marijuana.

-Menacing from the 100 block of Star Trek Drive, Indian Springs (residence/home).

-Criminal mischief from the 3600 block of Heatherbrooke Parkway, Birmingham (residence/home). Damaged was a back door jam.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 5300 block of Woodford Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of Lawrence Drive, Leeds (residence/home).

-Criminal mischief from the 300 block of Willow Leaf Circle, Westover (residence/home). Damaged was a driveway.

-Trespassing from the 100 block of Hurcules Lane, Chelsea (residence/home).

-Miscellaneous information from Lake Shore Drive, Shelby (highway/street).

-Leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident from Highway 22 and Highway 10, Montevallo (highway/street). Damaged was guardrail facing valued at $700.

-Death investigation from the 23000 block of Highway 145, Columbiana (residence/home). Destroyed were nine Pentynal patches, 58 Dilaudid, 177 Oxycodone, 29 Restril, 65 Ativan and 39 Methadone.

 

May 29

-Miscellaneous incident – juvenile runaway from the 200 block of Chesser Reserve Drive, Chelsea (residence/home).

-Theft of property from the 4600 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham (commercial). Stolen were a Glock model 23, 40 caliber valued at $500 and a Crimson Trace brand Laser Sight valued at $200.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana second degree from Highway 70/Limstone Bend, Calera (highway/street). Confiscated were two green leafy substance rolled into cigar.

-Domestic investigation from the 8000 block of Old Highway 280, Chelsea (residence/home).

-Miscellaneous incident from the 1100 block of Dusty Hollow Raod, Columbiana (field/woods).

-Utility diversion from the 100 block of Thompson Drive, Chelsea (residence/home). Recovered was a blue pocket juice portable battery.

-Public intoxication from the 4000 block of Chesapeake North, Birmingham (parking lot/garage).

-Public intoxication from Highway 280 at Key Drive, Birmingham (highway/street).

-Death investigation from the 2000 block of Chelsea Park Bend, Chelsea (residence/home). Destroyed were one Msir 28 cc, Oxycontin 40 mg (37 pills), Oxycodone 10mg (56 pills), Xanax 1 mg (64 pills), morphine sulfate 15 mg (27 pills) and Lorazepam 0.5 mg (88 pills).

-Miscellaneous incident from the 2900 block of Selkirk Circle, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Receiving stolen property from Greenhill Parkway, Birmingham (other/unknown). Recovered was a silver-over-black Springfield Armory XD-ACP pistol, .45 caliber, with magazine containing 13 rounds.

-Domestic violence – harassment from the 4700 block of Highway 47, Shelby (residence/home).

-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of Washington Lane, Alabaster (residence/home).

-Domestic violence third degree – harassment from the 500 block of Homestead Drive, Wilsonville (residence/home).

-Identity theft from the 100 block of Baron Drive, Chelsea (residence/home). Stolen were a debit card valued at $538 and a credit card valued at $1,200.30.

-Burglary from the 600 block of Dusty Hollow Road, Columbiana (residence/home). Stolen were a Lakefield Arms .22 caliber pistol valued at $300, a Norinco SKS 7.62 caliber valued at $300, a Winchester Model 70 .12 gauge shotgun valued at $350, a New England Arms Model SB1 .410 gauge shotgun valued at $200 and a Red, Fender, Bass Guitar valued at $135.

-DUI – combined influence from Old Highway 280 at Kirkpatrick Concrete, Westover (highway/street). Confiscated were a yellow rectangle pill believed to be Alprazolam (approximately 04 grams) and a white rectangle pill believed to be Xanex (approximately .04 grams).

-Burglary, criminal mischief from the 10200 block of Highway 42, Shelby (other/unknown). Damaged were three locks and two doors.

-Burglary, theft of property from the 4900 block of Windwood Circle, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen were a Taurus Judge handgun valued at $500, a Smith and Wesson revolver .38 caliber valued at $200, a Derringer handgun .22 caliber valued at $200, a U.S. Cavalry revolver .45 caliber valued at $200, a Sentry safe valued at $450 and two jewelry box with jewelry, 1973 University of Alabama college ring valued at $5,000.

-Domestic violence (harassment) from Highway 69 and Highway 39, Chelsea (highway/street).

-Driving under the influence – alcohol from Highway 145 at Highway 42, Shelby (highway/street).

-Leaving the scene of an accident from the 25000 block of Highway 145, Columbiana (convenience store). Damaged were a 2005 Ford F-250, red, crew cab in the amount of $1, and a 2010 Kia Rio, white, 4-door in the amount of $1.

-Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, 4700 block of Highway 47, Shelby (residence/home).

-Harassing communications from the 400 block of Indian Trail Road, Indian Springs (residence/home).

-Death investigation from the 2500 block of Commanche Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). Destroyed were 42/60 ml liquid morphine sulfate, one tablet of Oxycodone 20 mg, two tablets of Alprazolam 0.5 mg, 19 ml of Lorazepam and one tablet of Norco 5/325 mg.

-Domestic investigation from the 300 block of Highway 406, Shelby (other/unknown).

-Identity theft, fraudulent use of a credit card from the 1300 block of Liberty Road, Chelsea (residence/home). Stolen were an identity and debit card information.

-Fraudulent use of a debit/credit card, identity theft from the 100 block of Country Lane, Montevallo (other/unknown). Stolen were an identity and a debit card.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 300 block of Oak Tree Drive, Chelsea (highway/street).

-Identity theft from the 5900 block of Forest Lakes Cove, Sterrett (residence/home). Stolen was a debit card valued at $1,236.57.

-Burglary from the 10000 block of Highway 55, West Sterrett (residence/home). Stolen were a Hyper Tough Brand Sawzall valued at $35, a Hyper Tough Brand Skil Saw valued at $65, a Hyper Tough Brand Jigsaw valued at $30 and an orange extension card, 25-foot, valued at $5.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 2500 block of Highway 311, Shelby (highway/street). Damaged was a 2012 Kia Forte, silver, heavy front end damage, busted windshield, in the amount of $5,000.
