Six Boy Scouts earn Eagle Scout

Troop 71 is proud to announce six Boy Scouts have earned the prestigious Eagle Scout, Boy Scout’s highest honor.
All Boy Scouts have participated and earned all required merit badges over the past four years.
Troop 71 is a North Shelby troop, associated with Our Lady of the Valley, on Alabama 119.
The scouts earning Eagle Scouts are: Anthony Goodman, 17; Andrew Guillory, 16; Nicholas Wozniak, 17; Austin Saab, 17; Dawson Stossel, 15; and Devon Peterson, 17.
More than 150 merit badges were earned by the six scouts.
With the addition of these Eagle Scouts, Our Lady of the Valley has 83 Eagle Scouts in the history of the troop.
