-Theft of property IV from 5100 block of U.S. 31 (commercial). Stolen were garden snips valued at $18, a sharpshooter valued at $20, a three-in-one game valued at $20, a volleyball valued at $10, a two-in-one combo valued at $15, blade fuses value at $15 and pellets valued at $24.

-Harassing communications from 2000 block of Village Lane (residence/home).

-Domestic violence III from 2000 block of Village Lane (residence/home).

-Theft of property IV from 8500 block of Highway 25. Stolen were white plant hangers valued at $30 and a glow-in-the-dark angel statue valued at $15.

-Domestic incident form 3800 block of Smokey Road (residence/home).

-Property damage from 3400 block of U.S. 31 (commercial). Damaged was a white Volvo.

-Criminal trespass III and theft of property III from 10th Street (residence/home). Stolen was a transmission valued at $1,000.

-Theft of property (auto theft) from 6300 block of U.S. 31 (commercial). Stolen was a Cadillac four-door automobile valued at $7,600.

-Theft of property III from 5100 block of Supercenter Drive (commercial). Stolen were car batteries valued at $420, motor oil valued at $75, artic freeze valued at $198 and a portable power station valued at $80.

-Harassment (intimidation) from Southern Hill Circle (residence/home).

-Theft of property III from 9th Street and 20th Avenue. Stolen was an LED light bar valued at $300.

-Domestic incident from Depot Drive (residence/home).

 

June 10

-Identity theft from Union Station Drive (commercial). Stolen was U.S. currency valued at $608.

-Domestic incident from 500 block of Castlebury Lane (residence/home).

-Incident from Shawnda Lane (residence/home).

 

June 11

-Duty to remain at the scene of an accident from Interstate 65 (highway/street). Damaged was a Chevrolet Avalanche.

-Attempt to commit murder and other crimes from County Road 151 (residence/home).

-Domestic incident from 2000 block of Kensington Court (residence/home).

 

June 12

-Criminal mischief II (damage to private property) from 200 block of Holcomb Road (residence/home). Damaged was a Ford Explorer SUV valued at $1,200.

-Death investigation from Kensington Boulevard (residence/home).

-Domestic incident from 400 block of Daventry Circle (residence/home).

-Domestic violence III (harassment) from Shady Hills Circle (residence/home).

-Theft of property I from Village Lane (highway/street). Stolen was a 5×8 utility trailer valued at $1,000, Husqvarna push mower valued at $400 and a Husqvarna zero turn mower valued at $5,000.

Helena

 

June 9

–Possession of drug paraphernalia from County Road 91, Helena (highway/street). One marijuana cigarette blunt was recovered.

–Criminal mischief III, Helena (residence/home). A postal service box and post was damaged. Damages were estimated at $250.

–Theft of property IV from Highway 52, Helena (other/unknown). Four cubic yards of garden soil valued at $315 were stolen.

–Theft of lost property IV from Helena Walmart, Helena (supermarket). An iPhone 5S valued at $300 and a black Otterbox phone case valued at $40 were stolen.

 

June 10

–Dog at large from Whirlaway Circle, Helena (highway/street).

–Criminal mischief II from 100 block of Rocky Ridge Drive, Helena (residence/home). A 2002 Ford F150 XLT suffered damages estimated at $1,000.

–Identity theft from 1200 block of Dunham Circle, Helena (residence/home). U.S. currency totaling $800 was stolen from a victim.

 

June 11

–Structure fire from Helena (residence/home). The interior and exterior of a single level home was burned.

–Duty upon striking fixtures upon a highway from 3500 block of Highway 52 West, Helena (school/college). A metal one-way sign and post suffered damages estimated at $300.

–Criminal littering from Ruffin Road, Helena (highway/street).

–Possession of marijuana II and warrant arrest from Hillsboro Parkway and Helena Parkway, Helena (highway/street). Marijuana and a glass pipe were both recovered.

–Mentally disturbed person from 900 block of Brookforest Circle, Helena (residence/home). A Beretta Tomcat 32 auto and a Kahr Arms .40 caliber were both confiscated.

–Trespass warning from Highway 93, Helena (residence/home).

–Domestic incident from Bridlewood Drive, Helena (residence/home).

 

June 12

–Criminal mischief III from Hawthorne Lake Road, Helena (residence/home). A mailbox post and footing and a black metal mailbox both suffered damages totaling $200.

–Damage to property from 2200 block of Highway 93, Helena (highway/street). A front bumper for a 2010 Ford F150 suffered damages totaling $500.

–Harassment from Camp Forrest Circle, Helena (construction).

–Domestic violence II from 1100 block of Lawley Street, Helena (residence/home).

–Domestic violence III and carrying concealed weapon from 100 block of Rivercrest Lane, Helena (residence/home). A Rossi .38 special revolver was confiscated.

 

June 13

–Damage to property from Wynwood Lane, Helena (residence/home). A cast iron mailbox post suffered damages totaling $700.

–Criminal mischief II from Sterling Lakes subdivision, Bessemer (other/unknown). A sand filter gravel and fence suffered damages totaling $700.

–Possession of a controlled substance and driving under the influence from County Road 17 at North Drive, Helena (parking lot/garage).

-Property damage (vehicle) from 200 block of Grey Oaks Court (highway/street). Damaged was the rear bumper on a 2011 Ford F150 valued at $500.

-Overdose from Royal Lane (residence/home).

-Miscellaneous information from 2400 block of Chandabrook Drive.

-Obstructing justice using false ID from 100 block of Bishop Circle. Recovered was a .45 caliber handgun and assorted ammunition.

-Theft of property IV from 2100 block of Pelham Parkway (commercial). Stolen was assorted merchandise valued at $123.83.

-Theft of property IV from 2100 block of Pelham Parkway (commercial). Stolen were two pairs of short pants valued at $24.94.

 

June 9

-Property damage from Commerce Drive (commercial). Damaged was grass and shrubbery valued at $300.

-Domestic violence from 500 block of Pope Drive (residence/home).

-Illegal possession of a credit/debit card and receiving stolen property IV from 100 block of Bishop Circle. Recovered were two social security cards, an Achieve Visa card and an Account Now Visa.

-Theft of property IV from 2100 block of Pelham Parkway (commercial). Stolen was a TF Black Iron valued at $44 and a KTO brewer valued at $99.

 

June 10

-Property damage (vehicle) from 400 block of Wilderness Road (highway/street). Damaged was the left front fender, hood and grille of a 2010 Toyota Highlander valued at $1,500.

-Theft of property I from Greenpark South (residence/home). Stolen was a 21-inch Honda push mover valued at $1,300, two Stihl weed eaters valued at $1,200 and a tool box with tools valued at $200.

-Burglary III from Pelham (residence/home).

-Theft by fraudulent leasing from Pelham Parkway. Stolen was a 40-inch Samsung Smart TV valued at $674.99 and a 50-inch Samsung Smart TV valued at $824.99.

-Violation of a municipal ordinance from 100 block of Indian Creek Drive (highway/street).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana II and possession of drug paraphernalia from Interstate 65 (highway/street). Recovered were approximately 1.9 grams of suspected marijuana, a multi-colored pope with marijuana residue and a black herb grinder.

-Theft of lost property IV from Cahaba Valley Road (commercial). Stolen was a Galaxy S7 valued at $450.

June 11

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from Interstate 65 (highway/street). Recovered were four plastic bags and two plastic containers containing suspected marijuana, plastic bags containing suspected Adderall pills, plastic bags containing suspected mushrooms, multicolored glass pipes with suspected marijuana residue and a set of electronic scales.

-Harassing communications from Pelham Parkway (commercial).

-Miscellaneous information from Bearden Road (highway/street).

 

June 12

-Suicide attempt from Southgate Mobile Home Park (residence/home).

-Property damage from 100 block of King Valley Road (residence/home). Stolen was a black plastic mailbox valued at $68, a 4×4 wood post valued at $20 and concrete foundation valued at $12.

-Domestic violence III from Pelham Parkway.

 

June 13

-Theft of property from 2600 block of Pelham Parkway. Stolen was a black Fossil purse valued at $120, a social security card, an Alabama driver’s license valued at $25, a Discover credit card, a Chevron credit card, an America’s First Credit Union debit card and U.S. currency valued at $15.

-Theft of property from 2100 block of Pelham Parkway. Stolen was an iPhone 6S valued at $600.

-Unexplained lost property from 200 block of Cahaba Valley Road (commercial). Lost were a brown leather wallet, a Samsung smartphone, a Wells Fargo bank card, a Regions bank card, a passport, social security cards and an Alabama driver’s license.

-Dog bite from 200 block of Coals Branch Lane (residence/home).

-Violation of protection order from Pelham (residence/home).

-Domestic violence from Drivers Way (commercial). Damaged was the passenger door handle to victim’s vehicle valued at $200.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from Helena Road (commercial). Recovered were .38 grams of suspected cocaine, 1.27 grams of suspected Xanax and .45 grams of suspected ecstasy.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana II from Interstate 65 (highway/street). Recovered was a sealed envelope containing approximately .9 grams of suspected marijuana and one sealed envelope containing $3,300 in $20 denominations.

 

June 14

-Identity theft from Birmingham.

-Theft of property from 2800 block of Pelham Parkway. Stolen was a red and silver Apple iPad.

-Liability insurance required from Pelham Parkway (highway/street). Damaged was a 2010 Chevy Malibu valued at $4,400.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from Interstate 65 (highway/street). Recovered was a suboxone strip.

 

June 15

-Property damage from 200 block of Highridge Drive (residence/home). Damaged was the rear door double pane glass valued at $200 and a lock affixed to the backyard gate valued at $10.

-Theft of property II and criminal trespass III from 100 block of Stonebrigde Circle (residence/home). Stolen was an Echo multi-tool valued at $350, a Snapper chainsaw valued at $250, a Stihl multi-tool edger valued at $400, an Echo trimmer valued at $230, two Echo leaf blowers valued at $700 and a Honda push mower valued at $450.

-Theft of property from 2200 block of Pelham Parkway (commercial). Stolen was an Apple iPhone valued at $860.

-Possession of drug paraphernalia from 500 block of Canterbury Road (residence/home). Recovered was a plastic bag containing two broken glass pipes with suspect crack cocaine residue.

June 16

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from the 400 block of Oak Mountain Circle. Recovered was .5 grams of marijuana.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from Interstate 65 (highway/street). Recovered were morphine sulfate extended release pills, acetaminophen and hydrocodone pills and a Taurus 9mm pistol.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana II and possession of drug paraphernalia from 3000 block of Pelham Parkway (highway/street). Recovered were two grams of suspected marijuana, a metal marijuana grinder, one pack of rolling papers, a metal ‘pinch hitter’ marijuana pipe and a digital scale.
