–Driving under the influence of alcohol from Highway 95 at Old Dearing Road, Helena (highway/street).

 

June 18

–Burglary III and theft of property III from Highway 17, Helena (storage facility). Stolen were two tan luggage bags valued at $200, a 24 piece dishes set valued at $50, miscellaneous CDs valued at $20, an orange planter valued at $20 and four six packs of paper towels valued at $20.

–Theft of property III from 300 block of Barnett Lane, Helena (residence/home). Twelve Regions Bank statements and tax documents were stolen.

–Possession of drug paraphernalia from Taco Bell, Helena (parking lot/garage). Confiscated was a plastic 20 ounce bottle and socket containing marijuana residue.

–Harassing communications from 5100 block of Shamrock Drive, Helena (residence/home).

–Possession of a controlled substance from 5100 block of Shamrock Drive, Helena (residence/home). Recovered were 12 Adderall 30 mg capsules valued at $120, eight COR 132 blue round pills valued at $80, six 40 mg Vyvanse capsules valued at $60, two 0.5 mg Alpraolam pills valued at $20, an S489 50 mg capsule valued at $10 and a 30 mg Amphetamine and a 20 mg Amphetamine valued at $10 a piece.

–Theft of property IV from Riva Ridge Road, Helena (highway/street). Stolen and recovered were a pair of Ray Ban Wayfarer sunglass and $20 cash was stolen.

–Criminal mischief III from 1st Avenue East, Helena (parking lot/garage). Damages estimated at $200 were done to a 2016 Kia Forte.

–Leash required for vicious dog from Hillsboro walking trail, Helena (other/unknown).

-Carrying a pistol without a permit and forbidden to possess pistol from Interstate 65 (highway/street). Recovered was a .32 caliber revolver.
