The following are uniform incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office reports from June 16-19:

 

June 16

-Harassment from the 700 block of Lokey Ferry Road, Wilsonville (government/public building).

-Burglary in the second degree from the 300 block of Cedar Hill Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Identity theft from the 1800 block of Stone Brook Lane, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Theft of property – motor vehicle in the first degree from the 100 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham (parking lot/garage). A 2004 Ford F-250 King Ranch truck and a Dewalt power drill valued at $250 were stolen.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Quail Run Circle, Wilsonville (residence/home).

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Mimosa Drive, Helena (residence/home).

-Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle from the 100 block of Mimosa Road, Helena (residence/home).

-Criminal trespass in the third degree from the 0 block of Roberlyn Lane, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Miscellaneous information from Rock School Road, Harpersville (residence/home).

-Death investigation from the 100 block of Cambrian Way (residence/home). Thirty MSIR mL morphine sulfate immediate release, 47 morphine sulfate extended release 15 mg, 27 morphine sulfate extended release 30 mg, 14.5 oxycodone 10 mg, 20 haldol 5 mg tabs, two oxycontin 30 mg and 21 5 mg injection were destroyed.

-Unauthorized use of a vehicle from the 3700 block of Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Domestic violence – harassment in the third degree from the 100 block of Turtle Lake Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance from Highway 41 and Aronvale Circle, Birmingham (highway/street). Confiscated was .7 gram of amphetamine dextroamphetamine, dosage 20 mg, pink, round, inscription COR 135.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 2000 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Indian Springs (residence/home). A syringe used to ingest heroin was confiscated.

-Theft in the first degree from the 300 block of Strawberry Road, Shelby (residence/home). A 1964 Chevrolet Impala red in color – not running – was stolen.

-Domestic violence – harassment in the third degree from the 6000 block of Highway 39, Chelsea (residence/home).

-Forgery in the second degree from the 500 block of Saint Anne’s Circle, Birmingham (residence/home). A check valued at $450 was forged.

-Theft of property in the first degree from the 1000 block of Baldwin Lane, Birmingham (residence/home). A platinum engagement ring princess cut center stone with square stones on either side, 3.46 carat, valued at $25,000 and a platinum wedding band with 16 diamonds surrounding it valued at $6,000 were stolen.

-Identity theft from the 5100 block of Selkirk Drive (residence/home).

-Identity theft from the 2000 block of Forest Meadows Circle (residence/home).

-Criminal mischief in the third degree and harassment from the 100 block of Silver Lane, Alabaster (residence/home). Four bicycle tires, flattened, valued at $80 were damaged.

-Domestic investigation from the 2900 block of Highway 17, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Trespassing from the 100 block of Chism Circle, Montevallo (residence/home).

 

June 17

-Robbery in the first degree and theft of property in the third degree from the 300 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham (parking lot/garage). A black or brown Nike wallet valued at $20, a debit card, a Visa card, an Alabama driver’s license, miscellaneous papers and U.S. currency valued at $850 were stolen.

-Miscellaneous information from the 800 block of Tara Drive, Columbiana (residence/home).

-Stalking in the second degree from the 1500 block of Inverness Cove Lane, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Theft of property in the first degree from the 9700 block of Highway 55, Westover (other/unknown). A 1330 red ditch wench trencher valued at $9,622 and a 4-by-5 trailer were stolen.

-Theft of property in the second degree from the 5000 block of Eagle Crest Road (residence/home). U.S. currency valued at $1,450 was stolen.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 10000 block of Highway 11, Chelsea (school/college). An e-cig vaporizer red in color and a CO2 whipped cream dispenser red in color were recovered.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 600 block of Brothers Avenue, Wilsonville (residence/home).

-Death investigation from North River Road, Shelby (residence/home). Liquid morphine 20 mg was destroyed.

-Domestic investigation from the 5400 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Domestic investigation from the 5400 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (parking lot/garage).

-Criminal mischief in the third degree from the 2600 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham (drug store). A door and door frame were damaged.

-Harassment from Highway 55, Westover (residence/home).

-Harassing communications from Shelby County DHR (government/public building).

-Theft of services in the third degree from the 100 block of Salser Lane, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Miscellaneous incident from the 1000 block of Belvedere Cove, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Reckless endangerment from the 100 block of Solomon Drive, Wilsonville (residence/home).

-Reckless endangerment from the 100 block of Solomon Drive, Wilsonville (residence/home).

-Miscellaneous incident (property damage) from the 2500 block of Valleydale Road, Hoover (residence/home). A metal mailbox valued at $25 was damaged.

 

June 18

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 4000 block of Ashington Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). A U.S. Postal Service package, two small plastic bags containing suspected heroin, a methadone pill, a valium, two hypodermic needles and a DVD case were confiscated.

-Minor in possession of alcohol from the 200 block of Chesser Reserve Drive, Chelsea (other/unknown).

-Domestic violence in the third degree – harassment from the 400 block of Ashington Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Miscellaneous incident from the 10000 block of Chelsea Road, Chelsea (other/unknown).

-Missing person from the 300 block of Coy Drive, Chelsea (residence/home).

-Harassment from the 7800 block of Highway 11, Chelsea (specialty store).

-Civil matter from Autumn Ridge at Tara Drive, Chelsea (residence/home).

-Theft of property in the fourth degree from the 3300 block of Inverness Lane, Birmingham (parking lot/garage). An Alabama tag valued at $1 was stolen.

-Harassment from Alabama Highway 119, Birmingham (highway/street).

-Discharging firearm into occupied building from the 0 block of River Bend Drive, Columbiana (residence/home). A rear sliding glass door on residence shattered valued at $500 was damaged, and a Beeman Sportsman Series pellet rifle was recovered.

 

June 19

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 4900 block of Indian Valley Road, Birmingham (residence/home). A clear plastic bottle and a clear container were confiscated.

-Attempted murder from Chism Circle at Girlmore-Nick Circle, Montevallo (parking lot/garage). Recovered were a Titan Tiger .38 caliber and a 4.5 mm BB gun, labeled Sig Sauer SP2022.

-Domestic violence (harassment) in the third degree from the 100 block of Gibson Road, Columbiana (residence/home).

-Burglary in the third degree from the 1500 block of Highway 43, Vandiver (residence/home). A 19-inch LG flat screen TV valued at $100, a 32-inch Emerson flat screen TV valued at $400 and a 42-inch LG flat screen TV valued at $500 were stolen.

-Domestic investigation from the 0 block of Lawler Street, Wilton (residence/home).

-Death investigation from the 1700 block of Highway 5, Wilsonville (residence/home). Morphine sulfate, 20 mg/mL, 16 mL and 38 hydrocodone, 5-325 were destroyed.

-Permitting dogs to run at large from the 100 block of Curly Willow Lane, Shelby (parking lot/garage).

-Property damage from the 200 block of Merrell Beach Road, Shelby (residence/home). A 1999 black Chevrolet Silverado was damaged.

-Domestic investigation from the 300 block of Dusty Hollow Road, Columbiana (residence/home).

-Public intoxication from the 5000 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (parking lot/garage).

-Unauthorized use of vehicle and criminal mischief in the first degree from the 4600 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (restaurant). A 2012 Ford Transit Connect cargo van Full Moon Bar B Que valued at $3,000 was damaged.

-Domestic violence (harassing communications) from the 200 block of Vineyard Lane, Birmingham (residence/home).

 

June 20

-Menacing from Chism Circle, Montevallo (residence/home). A black and wood stock AK-47 rifle with one loaded magazine was confiscated. Also listed was an SCSO evidence Fujifilm camera with pictures.

-Domestic violence – harassment in the third degree from an unknown address, Shelby (residence/home).

-Domestic investigation from the 2100 block of Lullwater Road, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Domestic investigation from the 2700 block of Blue Springs Road, Wilsonville (residence/home).

-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of Kinnebrew Drive, Chelsea (residence/home).

-Domestic investigation from the 200 block of Polo Downs, Chelsea (residence/home).

-Death investigation from the 2700 block of Al-Lin Circle, Birmingham (residence/home). Destroyed were 100 MCG of fentanyl, 1 mg of lorazepam, 30 mg of oxycodone and 25 mg of phenergan.

-Civil dispute from the 3300 block of Blue Bell Lane, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Criminal trespass from the 4200 block of Highway 10, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Domestic investigation from the 4200 block of Highway 10, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Domestic violence by strangulation from the 2100 block of Lullwater Road, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Burglary in the third degree and harassment from the 600 block of Highway 17, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Identity theft from the 11500 block of Highway 47, Shelby (residence/home). An identity was stolen.

-Domestic violence in the third degree – harassment and domestic violence in the third degree – criminal mischief from the 11500 block of Highway 47, Shelby (residence/home). A bedroom door frame valued at $100 was damaged.

-Identity theft from the 2500 block of Comanche Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). Forged were three credit unions and a Capital One card.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property in the first degree from the 5900 block of Forest Lakes Cove, Sterrett (highway/street). A green air compressor valued at $2,400, an orange air compressor valued at $300, Hitachi framing guns valued at $750, Hitachi roofing gun model NV45AB2 valued at $250, Dewalt drill valued at $250 and Makita drill valued at $250 were stolen.

-Burglary in the third degree from the 2000 block of Narrows Point Cove, Birmingham (residence/home). A diamond necklace, pearl necklace, diamond necklace, 20 silver dollars from the 1800s and a credit card were stolen.

-Theft of property in the first degree from the 300 block of Chesser Drive, Chelsea (parking lot/garage). A 2007 Chevrolet Silverado LTZ Z-71 valued at $18,600 was stolen.

-Rape in the first degree from the 1900 block of Portobello Road, Birmingham (residence/home). Confiscated were a T-shirt, pajama type shorts, comforter bedding and a fleece type blanket.

-Burglary in the third degree and fraudulent use of a credit/debit card from the 2000 block of Narrows Point Cove, Birmingham (residence/home). An iPad valued at $700, two American Express cards and a diamond rign with three diamonds were stolen.
