–Theft by deception I from Walmart Helena Marketplace, Helena (department store). Several iTunes cards with various denominations purchased totaling $5,020 were stolen.

–Domestic violence III, criminal mischief II and public intoxication from Olympia Circle, Helena (highway/street). Damages totaling $3,000 were done to a 2013 Kia Optima.

–Possession of drug paraphernalia and warrant arrest for outside agency from County Road 58 at Laurel Woods Drive, Helena (highway/street). Confiscated was a pink/white bag containing drug equipment, a pipe with marijuana residue, a pink container with marijuana residue and a steel pipe with marijuana residue.

–Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property II from Townhouse Road, Helena (parking lot/garage). Two Makita hand grinders valued at $400 were stolen as well as a Makita hammer drill valued at $150 and a rear window on a 1991 Ford Econoline van was damaged.

-Change in bills circulating from Amphitheater Road. Recovered was a suspected counterfeit twenty dollar bill.

July 1

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Pelham Parkway at Highway 52 (highway/street). Recovered was approximately one gram of suspected marijuana.

-Theft of property IV from 2100 block of Pelham Parkway (commercial). Stolen was a red T-shirt valued at $9.23 and an acrylic nail kit valued at $17. 41.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana I and unlawful possession of a controlled substance from 3300 block of Pelham Parkway (parking lot/garage). Recovered was a plastic container with approximately .7 grams of suspected marijuana and a plastic back with one amphetamine and dextroamphetamine capsule.

-Miscellaneous information from 400 block of Oak Mountain Circle. Recovered was approximately 25 grams of suspected marijuana.

July 2

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia from 300 block of Opportunity Drive (highway/street). Recovered was a plastic back containing 2.5 grams of a green leafy substance and a swisher sweets cigarillo.

-Theft of property from Pelham. Stolen was a business check in the amount of $3,500.

-Property damage from the 8100 block of Helena Road (highway/street). Damaged was the driver’s side rear fender and passenger rear door.

-Disorderly conduct from Beaver Crest Circle (highway/street).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana II and possession of drug paraphernalia from 600 block of Cahaba Valley Road (parking lot/garage). Recovered was .7 grams of suspected marijuana and a small bag and straw containing white powdery residue.

-Possession of drug paraphernalia from Interstate 65 (highway/street). Recovered was a glass smoking pipe with burnt residue.

July 3

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana II from 2000 block of Little Mountain Circle (residence/home). Recovered was a prescription bottle containing approximately .5 grams of suspected cocaine, approximately .1 gram of suspected marijuana, a package of rolling papers, two black plastic straws with suspected cocaine residue and two empty clear plastic “corner bags.”

-Public intoxication and unlawful possession of marijuana from Highway 35 at Highway 72 (highway/street). Recovered was a clear plastic bag containing eight grams of suspected marijuana.

-Theft of property from 2100 block of Pelham Parkway (commercial). Stolen was a Murkury executive case for iPhone 6 valued at $18.

-Found property from Canterbury Road (residence/home). Recovered was a brown tri-fold wallet with miscellaneous cards and $107 of U.S. currency.

-Minor in consumption of alcohol from Canterbury Road (residence/home).

-Miscellaneous information from Canterbury Road (residence/home). Recovered was a plastic bag containing approximately 4.25 grams of suspected marijuana.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana II from 500 block of Canterbury Road (highway/street). Recovered was a plastic baggie containing approximately .9 grams of suspected marijuana.

July 4

-Disorderly conduct from Industrial Drive and Bearden Road (highway/street).

-Theft of property III from 100 block of Terrace Drive (lake/waterway). Stolen was an Apple iPhone 5S valued at $900.

-Theft of property and criminal possession of a forged instrument from Pelham Parkway (commercial). Stolen was a Canon digital camera valued at $199.99, an Apple iPad valued at $119.99, a Bostitch air compressor valued at $99.99, a household appliance wine cooler valued at $239.99, a Milwauke impact wrench valued at $109.99, a Milwauke battery charger valued at $10 and an Apple tablet valued at $320.

Stolen was a brown and tan leather purse valued at $50, a blue women’s wallet valued t $30, an Alabama driver’s license, a social security card, U.S. currency valued at $40, a U.S. Postal Service credit card and a U.S. Postal Service Travel Credit Card.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from David Green Road (commercial). Stolen was a Greseth electric guitar valued at $500, a Macking soundboard valued at $250 and a Hoglet lighting system valued at $250.

-Property damage from 200 block of Bearden Road (commercial). Damaged was metal siding valued at $500.
