HELENA–The Helena High School Marching Band is gearing up for another packed school year that includes numerous events, travel and more and to help offset some of the expenses of the program, the band is hosting a Glow Run on Aug. 27 for all ages.

The HHS Band Boosters are currently looking for both runners and sponsors for the third annual event, and those wishing to participate can register in a number of different ways.

The cost for a sponsorship is $100 and the donation can be made online at Helenahighband.com.

Registration for the race may be done online, through U.S. mail or on the day of the race from 5-6:45 p.m.

Those registering online can visit Helenahighband.com where a number of different options are available depending on a participant’s age.

Adults that register before Aug. 21 can do so for $36.50. After Aug. 21, the cost of the race is $47 for an adult. Participants that are ages 5-12 may register for $16 and a group of four can register for $124. Each additional team member may be added for $31.

For those paying online, participants are encouraged to click on the “add special instructions to the seller,” tab when checking out in order to indicate the needed T-shirt size.
