Jack David Miller, 66, passed away on Monday, July 25.

Jack retired from Disability Determination for Social Security. His top three favorite things in life were hunting, fishing and family.

Jack was married to his wife, Maureen, for 28 years.

He is preceded in death by his father, Thomas Edward Miller. He is survived by his mother, Kathleen Miller; wife, Maureen Miller; daughter, Kathryn Miller; son, Zach Miller; brothers, Eddie (Linda) Miller, Don (Doris) Miller, Charles Miller, and James (Deb) Miller; his loving dog, Peanutt and many other relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be held Friday, July 29 at Christ the King Catholic Church in Daphne.
