Margaret Frances Hyde Clark, age 90, of Montevallo, passed away Friday, Aug. 5.

Frances grew up in Boothton, Ala., one of 14 children to Henry Clay Hyde and Alice Clark Hyde. She was a member of Antioch Baptist Church. She loved spending time with her family whether going to reunions, watching racing or yelling “Roll Tide” or sometimes, “War Eagle.”

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lonnie Clark; and her siblings, Estella Short, Norman Hyde, Willard Hyde, Henry Hyde, Mary Kate Nalley, Dorothy Holsomback, Tommy Hyde, Howard Hyde and Alice Marie Hyde.

She is survived by siblings, Lewis Hyde (Martha), Ed Hyde (Judy), Sarah Nelson and Glen Hyde, all of Montevallo; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Her funeral service will be held Tuesday, Aug. 9 at 12 p.m. at Rockco Funeral Home (Montevallo), with visitation to begin at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at Antioch Cemetery in Pea Ridge.
