FROM STAFF REPORTS

HELENA–Women are invited to come out to the Helena Sports Complex on Saturday, Nov. 12 from noon-4 p.m., for the Speak Life Empowerment Summit.

Formerly known as High Noon “Stressbuster,” the annual event is held to uplift and encourage women to live a stress free life.

Since 2010, Speak Life has hosted the event that is jammed packed with fun interactive entertainment, motivation and inspiration for the resilient women in our communities.

Tickets for the event are on sale for $20 online or may be purchased for $30 at the door.

Stress contributes to being the number one killer of women, which is heart disease, according to Speak Life.

Speak Life also said that laughter is a great deterrent of stress and the event will provide women with a day to enjoy lots of food, laughter, retail therapy, informative resources, an open forum, door prizes and empowerment speakers.

Those who attend the event will enjoy the Speak Life experience and return to their families, communities and careers rejuvenated and refreshed.
