HELENA–Business owners in Helena are highly encouraged to attend the inaugural Helena Business Association Business Expo for networking opportunites, membership to the HBA, a chance to share about your business with the community and more.

The HBA Business Expo will be Saturday, March 4 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Helena Sports Complex.

The goal of the expo is to show the community the large number of brick and mortar and home based businesses available in the Helena area. Helena is home to hundreds of businesses and the expo will also give attendees a chance to show off their business.

Those interested in participating in the expo can sign up to become a vendor for a fee of $75. There will be roughly 80 vendor spots available on a first-come first-serve basis.

The $75 fee will include a 10 feet by 10 feet space and will automatically include a membership to the Helena Business Association for the 2017-18 fiscal year.

The HBA exists to provide an environment for Helena businesses where they may network, receive education and become the business advocates with city government.

The HBA typically meets the first Tuesday of every month at 8 a.m.

Entertainment will include the Helena High School Jazz Band and food trucks will also be present at the business expo. The food trucks will be Rooski’s and The Fishin’ Pig. The Helena Diner will also be attending the expo. The Helena Teen Council will serve as ambassadors for the event.

Vendors are encouraged to bring a table to use at their booth space as tables will be limited. Any business interested in performing a demonstration will have the opportunity to do so at their vendor space and the HBA will do their best to meet any special needs or requirements.
