Feb. 10

-Domestic incident from the 3100 Block of Brook Highland Drive, Birmingham.

-Harassing communications from the 100 Block of Shadow Wood Park.

-Miscellaneous incident from an unknown location.

-Miscellaneous incident-property damage from County Road 11 at County Road 377, Chelsea. A 2009 Dodge Charger was damaged/destroyed.

-Domestic investigation from the 20 Block of Shadowood Lane, Sterrett.

-Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle from the 8000 Block of Hwy. 155, Montevallo.

-Harassment from the 100 Block of Chism Circle, Montevallo.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 Block of Manning Place, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 200 Block of Rock School Road, Wilsonville.

-Harassing communications from the 100 Block of Lakeview Drive, Sterrett.

-Miscellaneous incident-property damage from County Road 11 at County Road 377, Chelsea. A 2009 Dodge Charger was damaged/destroyed.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 1200 Block of Meadow Drive, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 0 Block of Battle Drive, Montevallo.

-Domestic violence-reckless endangerment from Apache Drive, Wilsonville. A Cobra ENT of Utah semi auto .380 caliber pistol and Ruger Vaquero .45 caliber revolver were confiscated.

-Felony theft of property from 4647 Hwy. 280, Birmingham. A deposit of $8,955.07 was stolen.

-Felony theft of property from Beatrice Lane, Montevallo. Six gold rings with diamonds, five diamond earring sets, gold necklaces and gold engagement ring with solitaire diamond valued at a total of $60,000 were stolen.

-Felony theft of property from the 200 Block of Hwy. 201, Montevallo. $2,000 in cash was stolen.

-Domestic violence third degree-assault from the 100 Block of Reed Creek Lane, Shelby.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from 5476 Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham. A plastic baggie containing green leafy substance and plastic bottle with socket inserted into side of bottle were confiscated.

-Felony SORNA violation-adult sex offender registration with local law enforcement from 380 McDow Road, Columbiana.

-Identity theft from the 700 Block of Hwy. 52, Helena.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 Block of Murray Drive, Montevallo.

-Adult sex offender-residence restrictions from the 100 Block of Hwy. 478, Leeds.

-Felony theft of property from the 400 Block of Reach Drive, Birmingham. A pair of diamond earrings, diamond ring, pinky ring, eternity ring, his and hers gold wedding bands and silver ring valued at a total of $4,700 were stolen.

 

Feb. 11

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 300 Block of County Road 337, Chelsea. $375 in cash was stolen.

-Domestic investigation from the 0 Block of Bluebird Drive, Maylene.

-Driving under the influence from Highway 145 at Strawberry Road, Shelby.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 Block of Huntwood Road, Shelby.

-Death investigation from the 1900 Block of Hwy. 7, Wilsonville.

-Duty upon striking unattended vehicle from the 100 Block of Manning Place, Birmingham. The rear passenger door of a Lexus SUV was damaged/destroyed.

-Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle from the 600 Block of Hwy. 270, Maylene.

-Assault and criminal mischief from the 200 Block of Chesser Park Drive, Chelsea. A grill and door hinge were damaged/destroyed.

-51 counts of felony burglary from the 14000 Block of Hwy. 280, Chelsea.

-Felony burglary and theft of property fourth degree from the 14000 Block of Hwy. 280, Chelsea. About 10 $2 bills, various military challenge coins and medals and brass was stolen.

-Felony theft of property from the 500 Block of Forest Lakes Drive, Sterrett. A 2008 Cadillac Escalade was stolen.

-Domestic violence third degree-assault from the 300 Block of Birmingham Street, Wilton.

-Felony receiving stolen property from the 0 Block of Daddy Lane, Shelby. A 2011 Phoenix PT24 pontoon trailer was recovered.

-Felony receiving stolen property from the 0 Block of Daddy Lane, Shelby. A 2011 Phoenix PT24 pontoon trailer was recovered.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 4000 Block of Hwy. 47, Shelby.

 

Feb. 12

-Domestic investigation from Cherokee Creek Campground.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 28000 Block of Portobello Road, Birmingham.

-Trespassing from the 4800 Block of Bridgewater Road, Birmingham.

-Property found from 4719 Hwy. 280. A Visa credit card was recovered.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 200 Block of Beeswax Park Road, Columbiana.

-Felony theft of property from the 100 Block of Horseback Trail, Shelby. $100 in U.S. currency was stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 3300 Block of Hwy. 30, Wilsonville.

-Felony domestic violence by strangulation or suffocation from the 0 Block of Grant Street Apartment 2, Wilton. One CD containing pictures of domestic violence injuries was recovered.

-Damage to property from Dunnavant Valley Road at Regent Park Drive, Birmingham. The hood, driver side headlight and front bumper of a Hyundai were damaged/destroyed.

-Felony harassment from the 0 Block of Griffen Corp. Drive, Chelsea.

 

Feb. 13.

-Driving under the influence from Hwy. 25 at Depot Street, Wilton.

-Felony theft of property from the 400 Block of Quail Ridge Lane, Wilsonville. Two doors from a 1995 Chevrolet truck were stolen.

-Domestic investigation from the 2500 Block of Westminster Circle, Birmingham.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 0 Block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham. Miscellaneous clothing and towels valued at $150 were stolen.

-Leaving the scene of an accident from the 2000 Block of County Road 26, Alabaster. A 2016 Toyota Camry was damaged/destroyed.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 1900 Block of South River Road, Shelby.

-Domestic violence-strangulation from the 1200 Block of Brookhighland Lane, Birmingham.

-Felony tampering with the availability of gas, water and electricity from the 400 Block of Forest Lakes Drive, Chelsea.

-Felony fraudulent use of a credit/debit card from the 100 Block of Katie Acres Lane, Wilsonville.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 1500 Block of U.S. Hwy. 280 East, Chelsea.

-Property damage from the 21100 Block of Hwy. 25, Columbiana. A gas pump hose was damaged/destroyed.

-Domestic investigation from the 4600 Block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence-menacing from the 100 Block of Blackstone Court, Chelsea.

-Felony robbery from Tomlyn Road, Montevallo. $360 in U.S. currency, wallet with identification cards, extension ladders and assorted painter’s and carpentry tools valued at a total of $780 were stolen.

-Domestic investigation from the 7600 Block of Hwy. 155, Montevallo.

-Felony unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 800 Block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham. A Highpoint JHP .45 caliber semi auto pistol valued at $200 was stolen.

 

Feb. 15

-Miscellaneous incident from the 16000 Block of U.S. Hwy. 280, Chelsea.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 300 Block of New Hope Mountain Road.

-Harassment from the 2300 Block of Hwy. 39, Chelsea.

-Domestic investigation from the 3000 Block of Hwy. 10, Montevallo.

-Felony fraudulent use of a debit/credit card from the 5000 Block of Old Dunnavant Valley Road, Birmingham. A debit card valued at $162 was stolen.

-Criminal trespass from the 100 Block of Cerrito Place, Wilsonville.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 800 Block of Hwy. 491, Vandiver.

-Fire investigation from the 100 Block of Hwy. 253, Montevallo. There was fire and smoke damage to the interior and roof of a house.

-Allowing dogs to run at large from the 3000 Block of Hwy. 22, Montevallo.

-Miscellaneous incident-violation of school rules-knife possession from the 2300 Block of Hwy. 39, Chelsea.

-Felony unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 2600 Block of Hebb Road, Wilsonville. A wallet with Social Security card, driver’s license, cash and Mutual Savings checks was stolen.

-Felony SORNA Violation-adult sex offender-registration with local law enforcement from 380 McDow Road.

-Felony theft of property from the 16000 Block of U.S. Hwy. 280, Chelsea. A television was stolen.

-Felony theft of property from the 100 Block of Carnoustie Drive, Birmingham. A Samsung Galaxy cell phone valued at $675 was stolen.

-Felony identity theft from the 0 Block of Plaza Lane, Oxford.

-Felony theft of property third degree from the area of Queen Road and Hwy. 34, Columbiana. Two Summit Viper tree stands and chain with lock valued at a total of $660 were stolen.
