HELENA–Anyone seeking to enjoy some crisp, fall weather while also helping a good cause will have the chance to do so at Helena Cumberland Presbyterian Church’s annual Fall Bazaar.

The Fall Bazaar is set for Saturday, Oct. 28, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the parking lot of Helena Cumberland Presbyterian.

This is the sixth year the church has hosted the event and the 12th bazaar overall as HCPC hosts two a year; one in the spring and one in the fall.

As of Sept. 19, the church has about a dozen vendors signed up and they are still seeking many more before the Oct. 21, according to event organizer Philicia Danner.

“The cost will be $30 for a booth or $35 for a booth with electricity,” Danner said. “The vendor spaces available will be 12-feet-by-12-feet and we plan to have around 40 vendors at the bazaar.”

The Fall Bazaar, which is entirely outside, will consist of a variety of vendors ranging from boutiques, homemade arts and crafts, furniture, sweets, independent consultants and many more.”

The event is free for non-vendors to attend and other fun things will be available including inflatables, hot dogs, hamburgers, funnel cakes, popcorn and more.

The money raised from the bazaar will go in the church’s benevolent fund to assist those with financial needs.

Vendors wishing to reserve a space should contact Danner at 960-3682 or by email at HCPCbazaar@yahoo.com. Vendors may also leave a message at the church at 663-2174.

Helena Cumberland Presbyterian Church is located at 3396 Helena Road in Helena.
