Speak Life Empowerment Women’s Summit coming to Helena Nov. 4
By GRAHAM BROOKS / Staff Writer
HELENA–An empowerment summit aimed at helping women reduce the stress in their lives will be coming to Helena on Nov. 4, and any woman is welcome to attend the event.
The 8th annual community-wide Speak Life Empowerment Summit is Saturday, Nov. 4, from noon to 4 p.m. at the Helena Sports Complex.
The summit exists to help women reduce the negative effects of stress by providing an event that is tailored to celebrate, rejuvenate and inspire the resilient women in several cities, according to Speak Life. The event will offer interactive entertainment, delicious cuisine, retail therapy, door prizes, inspiring speakers, informative resources on stress and much-needed laughter which is one of the easiest and most natural ways to relieve stress.
“Today’s woman simply needs a break from their hectic and sometimes stressful life,” Speak Life Empowerment Nation Founder Crystal NeVille said. “She is usually the CEO of her household, the executive chef, the doctor, the nurse, the maid and the chauffeur just to name a few. These women take care of everyone else and sometimes they just need a break to focus on themselves. This spectacular event will shower every woman with acceptance, love and understanding.”
Tickets for the event cost $30 for an individual or $25 as a group if purchased online before the event. Tickets at the door cost $50 the day of the summit.
Speak Life Empowerment Nation was founded by NeVille in 2010 with the sole mission of providing women with positive and fun outlets to relieve stress. After tragically losing several loved ones in back-to-back instances and going through several other traumatic experiences, NeVille decided to reach out to other women who need relief from their stressful lives just like she once did.
