Paul Hoyt Benson, age 72, of Columbiana, passed away Monday, Nov. 6.

The visitation will be from 1-2 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 9 at Bolton Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 9 at the funeral home with Rev. Howard Brasher officiating. Burial will follow at Bay Springs Cemetery.

Bolton Funeral Home is directing.

Mr. Benson is preceded in death by his parents, Oswald Benson, Sr. and Lilla Elizabeth Benson; brothers, Lindon E. Benson and Billy K. Benson; and sister, Shirley O. Benson.

He is survived by his brothers, Oswald Benson, Jr. and Chick Benson; sister, Barbara Benson Davis; and numerous nieces and nephews.
