Rodger and Lois Offet celebrated 65 years of marriage on Dec. 4. They have lived in Alabaster for 43 years. They have also worked in the church nursery at First Baptist of Alabaster since they moved here, and still currently work in the nursery. They had seven children together (two are now deceased), 11 grandkids and 21 great-grandkids.
