Dec. 26

-Domestic investigation from the 4400 Block of Hwy. 36, Chelsea.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 6700 Block of Whitetail Drive, Birmingham.

-Possession of drug paraphernalia from the 500 Block of Cahaba Park Circle, Birmingham. A syringe was confiscated.

-Property damage from the 5800 Block of Hunt Cliff Road, Birmingham. A vehicle sustained an estimated $1,000 in damage.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 12000 Block of County Road 43, Vandiver.

-Domestic violence third degree-assault from the 100 Block of Hill Street, Wilsonville.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 100 Block of Hill Street, Wilsonville.

-Unauthorized use of vehicle from the 6000 Block of Hwy. 61, Wilsonville. A vehicle was stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident from Hwy. 145 at County Road 28, Columbiana. A vehicle was damaged.

-Felony theft of property from the 13000 Block of Hwy. 73, Wilton. A firearm

was stolen.

-Felony receiving stolen property first degree from the 900 Block of Hwy. 45, Sterrett. A CD containing photographs of a crime and utility trailer were confiscated.

-Felony burglary and felony theft of property from the 2900 Block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham. Two televisions, game console, two pairs of sunglasses and three video games valued at a total of about $1,650 were stolen.

-Domestic violence-assault from the 100 Block of Southwood Drive, Alabaster.

-Felony burglary and criminal mischief from the 5000 Block of Cameron Road, Birmingham. Damage was caused to deadbolts and door frames of two doors.

-Felony unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 500 Block of Cahaba Park Circle, Birmingham. Aluminum foil containing an unknown substance was confiscated.

-Domestic investigation from the 600 Block of Hwy. 308, Shelby.

-Death investigation from railway near Hwy. 280/Klein Road, Harpersville.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 6100 Block of Eagle Point Circle, Birmingham.

-Criminal mischief from an unlisted location. A safe sustained an estimated $500 in damage.

-Felony burglary from the 4000 Block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham. A phone charger valued at $30 was stolen.

 

Dec. 27

-Felony identity theft from the 600 Block of Meadow Ridge Drive, Birmingham. Two purchases in the amount of about $550 were made.

-Domestic violence-harassment from Bird Song Lane, Maylene.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 1000 Block of Kingston Road, Chelsea. Christmas projector lights valued at $20 were stolen.

-Death investigation from Vasser Circle, Montevallo.

-Felony theft of property from the 3400 Block of Hwy. 93, Helena. Bufanorphin was stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 600 Block of Calma Lane, Wilsonville.

-Unauthorized use of a vehicle from the 100 Block of Pebble Road, Montevallo.

-Miscellaneous incident-vehicle vs. deer from Hwy. 11 near Hodgens Road, Chelsea. A vehicle was damaged.

-Assault from 380 McDow Road, Columbiana.

-Possession of drug paraphernalia from Hwy. 25 at Johnson Street, Wilsonville. A small plastic bag with residue, drinking straw pieces with residue and sockets with residue were recovered.

-Domestic violence-assault from White Circle, Wilsonville.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 0 Block of Greenhill Parkway, Birmingham. A glass pipe with marijuana residue was confiscated.

-Death investigation from the 900 Block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham.

-Felony unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from Narrows Point Way, Birmingham. A firearm valued at about $613 was stolen.

-Felony theft of property from Hwy. 30, Wilsonville. A vehicle valued at $3,000 was stolen.

-Runaway juvenile from the 3700 Block of Hwy. 77 North, Columbiana.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 1000 Block of Kingston Road, Chelsea. Christmas projector lights valued at $20 were stolen.

-Criminal mischief from the 1000 Block of Dunsmore Drive, Chelsea. Assorted Christmas lights and decorations valued at $500 were stolen.

-Criminal mischief from the 2000 Block of Kingston Court, Chelsea. Outdoor decorations and lights valued at a total of $180 were damaged.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 5000 Block of Forest Lakes Cove, Sterrett.

-Felony fraudulent use of a credit card from McDow Road, Columbiana. $350 was stolen.

-Felony unlawful breaking and entering motor vehicle and theft of property fourth degree from the 100 Block of Waterloo Bend, Birmingham. A debit/credit card, driver’s license, and folding wallet with $125 cash was stolen.

 

Dec. 30

-Leaving the scene of an accident from Hwy. 155 at County Road 18, Montevallo.

-Criminal mischief third degree from the 100 Block of Park Road, Sterrett. A window pane sustained an estimated $100 in damage.

-Duty to give information/render aid from the 5300 Block of U.S. Hwy. 280, Birmingham. A vehicle was damaged.

-Public intoxication from the 5400 Block of Hwy. 280, Birmingham.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 30000 Block of Hwy. 25, Wilsonville. An air compressor and cable and lock valued at a total of $250 were stolen.

-Property damage from the 400 Block of Hickory Hill Lane, Shelby. A gravel driveway and grass were damaged.

-Property damage from Hwy. 280 at Creswell Road, Harpersville. A vehicle was damaged.

-Felony burglary and felony theft of property from the 300 Block of Spring Drive, Shelby. A golf cart, mower, battery charger, tool box, weed eater and air compressor valued at a total of about $3,050 were reported stolen.

-Felony theft of property from the 1000 Block of Inverness Lane, Birmingham. A wallet and credit card were stolen.

-Felony theft of property and harassment from the 1000 Block of Inverness Lane, Birmingham. A wallet, credit card and about $100 was stolen.
