Jan. 2

-Felony robbery from the 7100 Block of Hwy. 42, Shelby. $233 cash was stolen and a spent shell casing was recovered.

-Missing person from Windsong Lane, Columbiana.

-Felony burglary from County Road 19, Montevallo. A television and game console were stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 Block of Narrows Parkway, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 11000 Block of Kenley Way, Birmingham. A small amount of marijuana was destroyed on the scene by subjects.

-Miscellaneous incident/lost property from the 3000 Block of Riverwood Terrace, Birmingham.

-Allowing dogs to run at large and miscellaneous incident/animal bite from the 5000 Block of Vale Lane, Birmingham.

-Felony domestic violence strangulation and domestic violence-harassment from the 900 Block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous information from South Shades Crest Road, Helena.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the Chelsea Community Center. $185 cash was stolen.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 200 Block of Chesser Reserve Drive, Chelsea. An Apple watch valued at $428 was stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 1200 Block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham.

-Domestic incident from Eddings Lane, Alabaster.

-Felony domestic violence assault from the 5900 Block of Forest Lakes Cove, Chelsea.

 

Jan. 3

-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 Block of Stonegate Drive, Birmingham.

-Death investigation from the 2900 Block of Hwy. 28, Columbiana.

-Harassment from the 8000 Block of Old Hwy. 280, Chelsea.

-Civil dispute from Valleydale Road/Inverness Elementary School.

-Structure fire from the 4900 Block of Mountain View Parkway. A house, siding and garage door were burned.

-Criminal mischief from the 100 Block of Ross Drive, Helena. A mailbox was damaged.

-Felony theft of property from Manning Place, Birmingham. A vehicle was stolen.

-Felony assault second degree from 380 McDow Road, Columbiana.

-SORNA violation-adult sex offender-registration with local law enforcement from 380 McDow Road, Columbiana.

-Felony burglary and felony theft of property from the 12000 Block of Hwy. 11, Chelsea. A drill and driver set, circular saw, nail gun, various pliers, socket set and modems, router and WiFi hotspot valued at a total of about $950 were stolen.

-Felony burglary and felony theft of property from the 3000 Block of Hwy. 10, Montevallo. A sliding glass door was damaged, and two televisions, a game console and 12 video games valued at a total of about $1,500 were stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 2100 Block of Chelsea Park Bend, Chelsea. An exterior door was damaged.

-Miscellaneous incident-suicide attempt from the 48000 Block of Hwy. 25, Sterrett.

-Property damage from the 14000 Block of Hwy. 280, Chelsea. A vehicle was damaged.

-Fire investigation from the 3300 Block of Westover Road, Sterrett. A single occupancy dwelling was damaged.

-Death investigation from the 3000 Block of Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham.

-Possession of drug paraphernalia from the 0 Block of Kings Home Drive, Chelsea. A small Coke bottle glass water bong with residue and a small silver metal marijuana grinder with residue were confiscated.

-Criminal mischief from the 400 Block of Hwy. 406, Shelby. A back door was damaged.

-Felony miscellaneous incident from the 400 Block of Hwy. 406, Shelby.

-Resisting arrest from the 300 Block of McGowin Road, Wilsonville.

-Domestic violence assault from the 2100 Block of Lullwater Drive, Birmingham.

-Felony theft of property from the 700 Block of Rocky Ridge Road, Columbiana. A chainsaw valued at $760 was stolen.

-Felony forgery from the 16000 Block of Hwy. 280, Chelsea. A gift card was stolen, and counterfeit bills and video footage of the incident were confiscated.

-Miscellaneous incident from Hwy. 11 at Hwy. 36, Chelsea. A vehicle was damaged.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 0 Block of Coeur D’Alene, Montevallo. A wallet and mobile phone were recovered.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 300 Block of South Ponce De Leon Blvd., St. Augustine, Fla.

-Property damage from the 5600 Block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham. The front bumper of a vehicle was damaged.

-Domestic investigation from the 5400 Block of Hwy. 280, Birmingham.

-Juvenile runaway from Walker Run, Alabaster.

-Civil dispute from 380 McDow Road, Columbiana.

-Domestic investigation from the 0 Block of Carol Road, Wilsonville.

-Felony promoting prison contraband from 380 McDow Road, Columbiana. Two Suboxone strip pieces were recovered.

-Harassing communications over the internet.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia from the 2000 Block of Highland Village Bend, Birmingham. A scale, grinder, marijuana and socket were confiscated.

-Runaway from the 100 Block of Bullet Lane, Wilsonville.

-Material harmful to minors from the 200 Block of Yerby Lane, Chelsea.

-SORNA violation-juvenile sex offender-registration with law enforcement from 380 McDow Road, Columbiana.

-Juvenile runaway from the 100 Block of Crabapple Lane, Vandiver.

-Felony fraudulent use of debit card and felony theft of property from an unknown location. About $3,400 was stolen.

-Theft of services from the 100 Block of Chelsea Corners Way, Chelsea.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 900 Block of Hwy. 435, Columbiana.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 16000 Block of Hwy. 280, Chelsea. A television and clothes valued at $398 were stolen.

-Felony computer tampering from the 15000 Block of Hwy. 280, Chelsea.

-Domestic investigation from the 800 Block of Paradise Cove Lane, Wilsonville.

-Civil dispute-child custody from 380 McDow Road, Columbiana.

-Felony discharging firearm into an occupied building from the 100 Block of Greenwood Lane, Wilsonville. An estimated $200 in damage was caused to the outside wall of a mobile home.

-Felony unlawful breaking and entering vehicle and theft fourth degree from the 4600 Block of Hwy. 280, Birmingham. A purse/bag valued at $300 was stolen.

-Felony identity theft from the 4600 Block of Hwy. 280 at Chevron. $1,748.27 was stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 1000 Block of Baron Lane, Chelsea.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 9000 Block of Hwy. 51, Sterrett.

-Felony theft of property from the 16000 Block of Old Hwy. 280, Chelsea. Two televisions valued at $996 were stolen.

 

Jan. 7

-Theft of property from the 2200 Block of Forest Lakes Lane, Chelsea. A mobile phone valued at $200 was stolen.

-Civil dispute from the 900 Block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham. A dining room table with chairs, television and clothing was stolen.

-Death investigation from the 200 Block of Hwy. 405, Shelby.

-Domestic violence third degree/criminal mischief from the 6800 Block of Old Hwy. 280, Sterrett. A patio table sustained $150 in damage.

-Minor is possession of alcohol from the 8800 Block of Hwy. 55, Sterrett.

-Property damage from the 3600 Block of Hwy. 22, Montevallo. A storage building sustained $375 damage.

-Disorderly conduct from Virginia Way, Birmingham.

-Felony burglary from County Road 259, Montevallo. A vehicle and computer were stolen.
