Billy Wayne Lucas, age 69, of Montevallo passed away Wednesday, Feb. 28.

Visitation will be held Monday, March 5 from 10-11:30 a.m. at the chapel of Charter Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow at 12:30 p.m. at the Alabama National Cemetery. Burial will be in the Alabama National Cemetery.
