March 5

-Indecent exposure from 380 McDow Road, Columbiana.

-Criminal trespass from the 5600 Block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham.

-Theft fourth from the 31000 Block of Hwy. 25, Wilsonville. An electric water meter valued at $200 was stolen.

-Felony criminal mischief and harassment from the 4400 Block of Hwy. 47, Shelby. A vehicle was damaged, and a slag rock and a note were confiscated.

-Domestic investigation from the 5500 Block of Hwy. 280.

-Leaving the scene of an accident from the 3800 Block of Egg and Butter Road, Columbiana. A vehicle sustained an estimated $1,000 in damage.

-DUI from Hwy. 25 at Johnson Street, Wilsonville.

-Miscellaneous incident from Hwy. 280 at Hwy. 41, Birmingham. A vehicle was damaged.

-Theft of property fourth and criminal mischief from the 9900 Block of N. Main Street, Wilsonville. Soft drink machines were damaged and about $60 stolen.

-Theft of property and trespassing from the 11000 Block of County Road 41, Leeds. A fireproof safe and assorted paperwork were stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 Block of Sterrett Drive. A vehicle was stolen.

-Domestic violence-criminal mischief from the 5700 Block of Hunt Cliff Road, Birmingham. A vehicle was damaged.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 500 Block of Hwy. 333, Columbiana.

-Domestic violence-harassment and domestic violence-menacing from the 11000 Block of Hwy. 280, Sterrett.

-Death investigation from the 5000 Block of County Road 39, Chelsea.

-Felony theft of property from the 100 Block of County Road 45, Sterrett. A vehicle was stolen.

-Felony financial exploitation of an elderly person from the 400 Block of Hidden Ridge, Chelsea. A vehicle was stolen.

-Felony theft of property and felony burglary from the 100 Block of Kings Home Drive, Chelsea.A trailer valued at $2,000 was stolen.

-Felony forgery from the 6300 Block of Chelsea Road, Chelsea. A check for $300 was stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident from Autumn Ridge Drive, Chelsea.

-Criminal mischief third from the 100 Block of Evergreen Drive. A windows sustained $350 in damage.

-Use of force from the 2900 Block of Morgan Road, Bessemer. An expended Taser cartridge with exposed wires and probes was confiscated.

-Felony fraudulent use of a credit card from PetSmart, McDonough, Georgia.

 

March 6

-Death investigation from the 1900 Block of Hwy. 31, Calera.

-Felony unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle and felony theft of property from the 100 Block of White Circle, Shelby. An item valued at $2,000 was stolen.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from the 18000 Block of Hwy. 145. Marijuana was recovered.

-Hit and run from the 4000 Block of Hwy. 280, Birmingham. A vehicle was damaged.

-Death investigation from the 100 Block of Wild Berry, Westover.

-Miscellaneous incident-suicidal person from the 600 Block of Crenshaw Road, Columbiana.

-Fire investigation from the 0 Block of Strawberry Road, Shelby.

-Inmate medical event from the Shelby County Courthouse.

-Felony unlawful possession of a controlled substance from 260 McDow Road, Columbiana. Synthetic marijuana was confiscated.

-Miscellaneous incident-suicide attempt from the 100 Block of Brynhurst Drive, Chelsea.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 5400 Block of Hwy. 280. Five syringes were confiscated.

-Fire investigation from the 4000 Block of Hwy. 47, Shelby. A storage building was damaged.

-Death investigation from the 4000 Block of Hwy. 30, Wilsonville.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 3000 Block of Madison Lane, Chelsea.

-Miscellaneous information/suicide attempt from the 2400 Block of Chuchura Road, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence third-harassment and public intoxication from the 200 Block of Ruby Drive, Columbiana.

-Felony burglary from the 600 Block of Brothers Avenue, Wilsonville.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 1000 Block of Altadena Rise, Birmingham.

-Felony unlawful distribution of controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from an unlisted location. Heroin, syringe, scales and other paraphernalia were confiscated.

-Failure to pay for gasoline from the 8000 Block of Hwy. 155, Montevallo. $25.04 in gasoline was stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 5500 Block of Surrey Lane, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence-harassing communications from the 1000 Block of Altadena Rise.

-Felony burglary from the 2100 Block of Springfield Loop W. A firearm and holster valued at a total of about $525 was stolen.

-Civil dispute from the 2000 Block of Eagle Point Corporate Drive, Birmingham.

-Harassment from the 1000 Block of Hwy. 311, Shelby.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia from the 5200 Block of Meadowlark Drive, Birmingham. Heroin, needle, spoon and grinder were confiscated.

-Fire investigation from the 5600 Block of Double Tree Circle, Birmingham.

-Felon selling or furnishing controlled substance to minor from the 5100 Block of Colonial Park Road, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 5200 Block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.

-Felony unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and felony theft of property from the 1900 Block of Corporate Drive, Birmingham. A purse, drivers license, credit card, check book, credit card and $200 in U.S. currency were stolen.

-Felony burglary and felony theft of property from an unlisted location. A weedeater, chainsaw, blowers, grinder and shop-vac valued at a total of about $1,050 were stolen.

-Felony theft of property from the 4000 Block of Belvedere Court, Birmingham. A diamond valued at $3,000 was stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 3000 Block of Old Stone Drive, Birmingham.

-Criminal trespassing from the 5400 Block of Hwy. 280, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 5200 Block of Heatherbrooke Parkway, Birmingham.

-Felony trafficking in heroin and unlawful possession of marijuana from the 100 Block of Deerwood Lake Drive, Harpersville. Heroin, marijuana, brownie with THC, syringes and drug paraphernalia were recovered.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 Block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham.

-Fire investigation from the 1300 Block of Hwy. 99, Shelby. A mobile home was damaged.

-Felony unlawful possession of a controlled substance and felony unlawful possession of marijuana from Hwy. 280 at Willow Leaf Road, Harpersville. Marijuana, scale and plastic bags were recovered.

-Felony domestic violence-strangulation and domestic violence-assault from the 6600 Block of Whitetail Drive.

-Felony extortion and felony impersonating a peace officer from the 100 Block of Cambrian Way, Birmingham.

-Felony burglary from the 0 Block of Bay Lane, Shelby. A shotgun, boat keys and boat battery were stolen.

-Felony burglary from the 0 Block of Bay Lane, Shelby. A cigarette butt and folding knife were recovered.

-Unauthorized use of vehicle from the 4700 Block of Hwy. 280, Birmingham.

-Felony identity theft from the 600 Block of Shelby Forest Trail, Chelsea.

-Criminal trespass from the 31000 Block of Hwy. 31, Wilsonville.

-Driving under the influence from Alabama 119 and 11th Ave. SW, Alabaster.

-Domestic violence third-criminal trespass from the 60 Block of Spain Drive, Alabaster.
