-Harassment from the 5000 Block of Hwy. 49, Columbiana.

-Felony fraudulent use of a credit/debit card from the 200 Block of Crystal Lake Drive, Sterrett. $400 was stolen from a debit card.

-Domestic violence third degree harassment from the 2500 Block of Smokey Road, Alabaster.

-Death investigation from the 5400 Block of Hwy. 280, Birmingham.

-Theft of property fourth from the 1100 Building of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham. A catalytic converter valued at $250 was stolen, and a vehicle sustained $250 in damage.

-Theft of property and criminal mischief from the 600 Block of Meadow Drive, Birmingham. A catalytic converter valued at $400 was stolen.

-Theft of property and criminal mischief from the parking lot outside the 9000 Building of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham. A catalytic converter valued at $400 was stolen.

-Felony theft of property from the 18000 Block of Hwy. 55, Sterrett. A motorcycle and battery charger valued at a combined $3,040 were stolen.

-Recovery of stolen property from the 18000 Block of Hwy. 55, Sterrett. A motorcycle, coats, pliers and gloves were recovered.

-Felony theft of property from the 20000 Block of Hwy. 55, Vandiver. A vehicle and tools and equipment valued at a total of $21,500 were stolen.

-Felony unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 0 Block of Schultz Road, Columbiana. Pills were confiscated.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 1000 Block of Hwy. 17, Montevallo.

-Criminal mischief from the 400 Block of North River Drive, Shelby. A mailbox sustained $100 in damage.

-Harassment from the 2100 Block of Hwy. 7.

 

March 14

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 4900 Block of Hwy. 280, Harpersville. A syringe with residue was confiscated.

-Giving a false name to a law enforcement officer from an unlisted location.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 0 Block of McGuire Lane, Pelham.

-Felony promoting prostitution-attempt from the 500 Block of Hwy. 8, Wilton.

-Felony unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and felony theft of property from the 100 Block of Rockhill Drive, Shelby. A pistol valued at $300 was stolen.

-Felony identity theft from the 3000 Block of Old Stone Drive, Birmingham. $1,874.16 was stolen.

-Felony burglary from the 100 Block of Bay Lane, Shelby. Assorted jewelry, jeans, riding leathers, iPod and family journal valued at a total of more than $1,000 were stolen.

-Violation of protection from abuse order from Shelby.

-Felony sexual abuse of a child less than 12 years old from the 500 Block of Hwy. 48, Wilsonville.

-Felony sexual abuse from the 1000 Block of Kingston Road, Chelsea.

-Felony rape from Roll Tide Roll Drive, Bessemer.

-Possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia from the 5400 Block Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham. Bags with a green leafy substance and a grinder were recovered.

-Criminal trespass from the 100 Block of L&M Trace, Shelby.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana second and drug paraphernalia from the 6700 Block of Hwy. 10, Montevallo. A substance that appeared to be marijuana and pipe were confiscated.

-Miscellaneous incident from Hwy. 280 at Brook Highland Parkway, Birmingham. A vehicle was damaged.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 4600 Block of Hwy. 280, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident-property damage from 380 McDow Road, Columbiana. A vehicle was damaged.

-Felony burglary and felony theft of property from the 100 Block of Rockhill Drive, Shelby. Two firearms valued at a total of more than $225 were stolen.

-Felony unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 5000 Block of Dunnavant Valley Road, Birmingham. Empty syringes were destroyed, and a pouch, clear plastic bag, syringes, liquid and meth crystals were confiscated.

-Domestic investigation from the 500 Block of Forest Lakes Drive, Chelsea.

-Civil dispute from the 300 Block of White Oak Trail, Columbiana.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 Block of Hwy. 478, Leeds.

-Criminal littering from the 200 Block of Chesser Reserve, Chelsea.

-Leaving scene of accident from U.S. 280 near Hugh Daniel Drive. A vehicle was damaged.

-Felony burglary from the 100 Block of Reed Creek Lane, Shelby. A firearm, silver dollars, coins, autographed football, trazadone and chain saw valued at a total of about $290 were stolen.

-Felony burglary from the 100 Block of Anglers Lane, Shelby. A golf cart, fishing reels and rods and cash valued at a total of $2,400 were stolen.

-Felony production of child pornography and dissemination of child pornography from the 2000 Block of Birkshire Lane, Hoover.

-Felony receiving stolen property from the 25000 Block of Hwy. 145, Columbiana. Substance suspected to be marijuana, vial with swab soaked in methamphetamine, vial containing unknown liquid substance, meth pipe, firearm, rounds, holster and clip were confiscated.

-Felony unlawful possession of a controlled substance, felony unlawful possession of marijuana from the 200 Block of Valentine Circle, Wilsonville. Marijuana, methamphetamine and Xanax was confiscated.

-Felony unlawful possession of marijuana first and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 100 Block of Mimosa Road, Vandiver. Marijuana and football helmet pipe were confiscated.

-Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 200 Block of Jones Drive, Columbiana.

-Felony theft of property from the 300 Block of Hwy. 40, Wilsonville. A mower valued at $4,865 was stolen.

-Miscellaneous information from the 0 Block of Spain Drive, Alabaster.

-Felony identity theft from an unknown location. $1,364 was stolen.

-Felony identity theft from an unknown location. $544 was stolen.

-Reckless endangerment from the 49700 Block of Hwy. 25, Sterrett. A firearm, bullets and pistol holster were confiscated.

-DUI-alcohol from Hwy. 280 at Inverness Center Parkway, Birmingham.

-Felony unlawful manufacturing of controlled substance from the 100 Block of Stillwood Lane, Vandiver.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 300 Block of Starboard Drive, Shelby.

-Domestic violence-menacing from the 100 Block of Pickens Drive, Westover.

-Theft of property fourth and fraudulent use of debit/credit card from 5347 Hwy. 119 at West Shelby Fire Station No. 2, Montevallo. A wallet, debit card, drivers license, Social Security card were stolen and fraudulent debit transactions made.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana second from Beeswax Creek Park, Columbiana. A substance believed to be marijuana was confiscated.
