The following are incident and offense reports from municipal police departments from March 21-26:

March 21

-Possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana second degree from 10th Street Southwest at Eighth Avenue Southwest (highway, street). Confiscated was a hydrocodone pill and marijuana.

-Lost city property from the 100 block of River Oaks Drive in Helena (residence, home). Reported was a SanDisk.

-Information only report from the 100 block of Hickory Street (residence, home).

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen and recovered were a scanner valued at $79, a smart charger valued at $14.97 and a GPS unit valued at $19.77.

-Possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance from Interstate 65 at mile marker 234 (highway, street). Confiscated were crack cocaine and narcotics equipment.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 100 block of South Colonial Drive (department store). Stolen and recovered were an eyewear case valued at $6.99 and a T-shirt valued at $12.99.

-Possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana second degree from the 100 block of South Colonial Drive (department store). Confiscated were glass pipes, rolling papers and marijuana.

 

March 22

– Information only report from the 200 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store).

-Information only report from the 200 block of Fran Drive (residence, home).

-Robbery, trespassing notice and theft of property from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen and recovered were shoes valued at $59.76, a jacket valued at $13, a T-shirt valued at $19.96, beer valued at $19.47, a T-shirt valued at $5, Budweiser valued at $19.98, a steak valued at $26.38, a steak valued at $33.09, shrimp valued at $5.98, food valued at $33 and a ribeye steak valued at $32. 56.

-Robbery from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store).

-Property damage from the 100 block of Total Solutions Way (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a Honda Pilot in the amount of $100.

-Trespassing notice from the 1000 block of First Street North (drug store).

-Financial abuse of the elderly from the 400 block of Sweet Leaf Lane (residence, home). Stolen was $44,000.

– Information only report from the 100 block of Kent Stone Way (bank).

– Information only report from the 1100 block of Caribbean Circle (residence, home).

-Lost property from the 200 block of Second Avenue Southwest (specialty store). Reported were bills.

 

March 23

-Criminal mischief second degree from the 100 block of 11th Avenue Southeast (residence, home). Damaged was a bay window in the amount of $600.

-Criminal mischief third degree from the 2200 block of Corporate Woods Drive (commercial). Damaged was a metal door in the amount of $100.

-Harassing communications from the 300 block of Wynlake Cirlce (residence, home).

-Theft of property second degree from the 1000 block of First Street South (convenience store). Stolen was $1,200.

 

March 24

-Property damage from the 200 block of First Street North (commercial). Damaged was a Crown Victoria in the amount of $1.

-Domestic incident from the 1500 block of Colonial Court (residence, home).

-Identity theft from the 300 block of Willow Glen Court (residence, home). Stolen was an identity.

-Fraudulent use of a credit or debit card from the 300 block of Chestnut Lane (residence, home). Stolen were credit cards.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen were goods valued at $98.

-Violation of a protection from abuse order from the 200 block of First Street North (highway, street).

-Harassment from the 100 block of Weatherly Club Drive (residence, home).

-Animal complaint from the 200 block of Marantha Trail (residence, home).

-Trespassing notice from the 500 block of Bennett Drive (residence, home).

 

March 25

-Driving under the influence of alcohol from the 7300 block of Highway 119 (highway, street). Confiscated was a Glock 42.

-Criminal mischief third degree from the 1800 block of Woodbrook Circle (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a Chrysler 200 in the amount of $1.

-Public intoxication from the 1800 block of Woodbrook Circle (parking lot, garage).

-Information only report from the 600 block of First Street North (restaurant).

-Theft of property second degree from the 100 block of South Colonial Drive (restaurant). Stolen were debit and credit cards.

-Juvenile contact from the 1000 block of Burnt Pine Lane (highway, street).

-Harassment and information only report from the 600 block of Windsor Court (parking lot, garage). Reported was a pistol.

-Property damage from the 100 block of Buck Creek Plaza (other, unknown). Damaged was a lift gate.

-Lost property from Walmart (supermarket). Reported were a purse, a billfold, a credit card purse, credit cards, checkbooks, money, a flip phone, a driver’s license and a Social Security card.

-Animal complaint form the 200 block of Red Bay Drive (residence, home).

-Abandoned vehicle from Morning Star Lane at Arrowhead Trail (highway, street).

-Harassment from the 1800 block of Woodbrook Circle (residence, home).

-Theft of property first degree from the 200 block of South Colonial Drive (supermarket).

-Leaving the scene of an accident and property damage from the 2000 block of First Avenue West (residence, home). Damaged was an oak tree in the amount of $100.
