The following are uniform incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from March 19-25:
March 19
March 20
-Duty to remain on scene of accident from the 4600 Block of Hwy. 280, Birmingham. A vehicle was damaged.
-Miscellaneous incident from Cherokee Campgrounds, Hwy. 93, Helena.
-Harassment from the 4600 Block of Hwy. 280, Birmingham.
-Felony unlawful breaking and entering motor vehicle and felony fraudulent use of credit card from the 5400 Block of Hwy. 280, Birmingham. Credit/debit cards were stolen.
March 21
-Miscellaneous incident from the 6700 Block of Hwy. 51, Chelsea.
-Public intoxication from the 4000 Block of Hwy. 71, Shelby.
-Harassment from the 600 Block of Camp Branch Road, Alabaster.
-Violation of domestic violence protection order from Eddings Lane, Alabaster.
-Domestic investigation from the 200 Block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham.
-Unlawful possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia from an unlisted location. Bags containing what appeared to be marijuana, glass pipe and marijuana grinder were confiscated.
-Property damage from the Hallmark parking lot, Alabaster. A vehicle was damaged.
-Domestic violence-harassing communications from an unlisted location.
-Domestic violence-assault from the 10 Block of White Circle, Wilsonville.
-Domestic violence-assault from the 100 Block of Beaver Creek Drive, Shelby.
-Felony theft of property and felony identity theft from 5414 Hwy. 280 at the YMCA. A credit card and debit card valued at $5,000 were stolen.
-Miscellaneous incident from an unknown location in Shelby County.
-Felony sexual abuse of a child less than 12 years old from the 10000 Block of N. Main Street, Wilsonville.
-Death investigation from the 4200 Block of Building Chesapeake North, Birmingham.
-Miscellaneous information from the 1800 Block of Stone Brook Lane, Birmingham.
-Felony burglary from the 18000 Block of River Drive, Shelby. A utility trailer, chain saws, air conditioner, propane tank and kerosene heater valued at a total of about $3,000 were stolen.
March 22
-Domestic violence-harassing communications from the 100 Block of First Avenue, Shelby.
-Criminal trespass and criminal mischief from the 1700 Block of Hwy. 74, Chelsea. A door and casing were damaged.
-Agency assist-vehicle recovery from the 0 Block of Brandy Circle, Chelsea. A vehicle was recovered.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 5600 Block of Double Tree Circle, Birmingham.
-Unlawful possession of marijuana second degree and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 100 Block of Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham. Marijuana and glass pipe were recovered.
-Driving under the influence and carrying a concealed weapon from Cahaba Beach Road at dead end. A firearm, magazines with rounds, alcoholic beverages and a magazine pouch were recovered.
-Domestic investigation from the 400 Block of Hwy. 9, Wilsonville.
-Miscellaneous incident-suicide attempt from the 100 Block of Morris Estates Drive, Columbiana.
-Harassment from the 100 Block of Chism Circle, Montevallo.
-Theft of property fourth from the 80 Block of Brandy Circle, Chelsea. Vinyl siding valued at $500 was stolen.
-Felony burglary and felony theft of property from the 15000 Block of Kenley Way, Birmingham. A door was damaged, and an iPad, Audiobox, computer, headphones and speakers valued at a total of about $2,500 were stolen.
-Felony theft of lost property from the 16000 Block of Hwy. 280, Chelsea. Credit cards, purse, iPhone and $300 cash were stolen.
-Felony theft of property from the 2700 Block of Buck Horn Cove, Birmingham. A catalytic converter valued at about $500 was stolen.
-Domestic investigation from the 2800 Block of Hwy. 93, Helena.
-Property damage-vehicle vs. deer from the 3500 Block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham. A vehicle was damaged.
-Theft of property fourth from the 16000 Block of Hwy. 280, Chelsea. A license plate valued at about $128 was stolen.
-Felony unlawful possession of controlled substance and illegal possession of prescription drugs from the 2600 Block of Buckboard Road, Birmingham.
-Domestic violence-harassment from the 200 Block of Paradise Point Drive, Columbiana.
March 23
-Felony unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 100 Block of Joe White Road, Shelby. A boat battery and wires valued at $200 were stolen.
-Domestic investigation from the 500 Block of Hwy. 9, Wilsonville.
-Criminal mischief from the 800 Block of County Road 47, Shelby. A window was damaged.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 3300 Block of Hwy. 109, Wilsonville.
-Domestic investigation from the 300 Block of Hwy. 338, Chelsea.
-Theft of property fourth from the 2300 Block of Hwy. 39, Chelsea. Headphones valued at $170 were stolen.
-Theft of property fourth from the 16000 Block of Hwy. 280, Chelsea. A Nick Saban cardboard figure was stolen.
-Property damage from Hwy. 25 at Gould Road, Columbiana. A guardrail was damaged.
-Theft of property fourth from the Shelby County Courthouse. A cell phone valued at $80 was stolen.
-Domestic violence third degree-assault from the 50 Block of Hunters Lane, Vandiver.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 Block of Essex Drive, Sterrett.
-Felony sexual abuse from the 0 Block of School Street, Wilsonville.
March 24
-Permitting dogs to run at large from the 500 Block of Hwy. 22, Montevallo.

-Death investigation from the 6000 Block of Hwy. 39, Chelsea.

-Felony domestic violence by strangulation/suffocation and domestic violence-thrd degree assault from the 800 Block of Eagle Ridge Drive, Birmingham.
-Felony theft of property from the 8000 Block of Hwy. 47, Shelby. A meat freezer, A/C unit, step ladder, copper pipe, electrical wire and scrap metal valued at a total of about $3,150 were stolen.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 15500 Block of U.S. 280, Chelsea.
-Criminal mischief from Virginia Way, Birmingham. A campaign sign sustained $50 in damage.
-Property damage from Hwy. 55 and Hwy. 61. A vehicle was damaged.
-Felony unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 200 Block of McDow Road, Columbiana. Synthetic marijuana was recovered.
March 25
-Death investigation from the 100 Block of River Birch Road, Chelsea.
-Civil dispute from the 2000 Block of Buck Horn Cove, Birmingham.

-Property damage from the 2500 Block of Marcal Road, Birmingham. A vehicle, rabbit cage and rabbits were damaged.
-Leaving the scene of an accident from the 4700 Block of Hwy. 280, Birmingham. A vehicle was damaged.
-Criminal mischief from the 700 Block of Inverness Lane, Birmingham. A vehicle was damaged.
-Failure to pay for gasoline from the 4600 Block of Hwy. 71, Shelby. $5 in gas was stolen.
-Illegal possession of prescription medication from Indian Crest Road at Miller Circle, Indian Springs.
-Felony unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Indian Crest Drive at Miller Circle, Indian Springs.
-Domestic violence third-harassment from the 800 Building of Stone Crest Drive, Birmingham.
-Domestic violence third-harassment and felony theft of property third from the 300 Block of Hwy. 338, Chelsea. Household goods valued at $1,300 were stolen.
-Felony theft of property second and property damage from the 300 Block of Hwy. 338, Chelsea. A recliner, bed and armoir set valued at $2,000 were stolen, and a roof was damaged.
-Theft of property fourth and criminal mischief from the 700 Block of Meadow Drive, Birmingham. A catalytic converter valued at $200 was stolen, and a vehicle sustained $200 in damage.
