April 9

-Miscellaneous incident from the 10 Block of Hickory Wood Lane, Montevallo.

-Fire investigation from the 300 Block of Hwy. 406, Lot 1A, Shelby. A home sustained an estimated $8,000 in damage.

-Domestic investigation from the 0 Block of West Lane, Westover.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 11000 Block of Chelsea Road, Chelsea. An excavator burned.

-Harassment from Turtle Lakes Drive, Birmingham.

-Agency assist from the 1000 Block of Highland Park Place, Birmingham.

-Harassing communications from the 11200 Block of Kenley Way, Birmingham.

-Property damage from the 13000 Block of County Road 17, Montevallo. A gas pump and fuel lines was damaged.

-Civil dispute from the 5100 Block of Hwy. 55, Wilsonville.

-Theft of property from the 6200 Block of Hwy. 61, Lot 11, Wilsonville. A food stamp card was stolen.

-Harassment from the 2400 Block of Hwy. 25, Wilton.

-Felony burglary and theft of property fourth from the 6700 Block of Hwy. 26, Columbiana. A television, shovel, post hole digger and digging bar valued at a total of $300 were stolen.

-Felony theft of property from the 4600 Block of Hwy. 280, Birmingham. $700 was stolen.

-Felony burglary third from the 8000 Block of Hwy. 17, Alabaster. Various tools valued at a total of about $1,000 were stolen.

-Felony theft of property second from the 4100 Block of Park Crossings Drive, Chelsea. $2,200 in currency was stolen.

-Felony possession of child pornography from the 10000 Block of Hwy. 11, Chelsea. Four phones were recovered.

-Felony unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle and domestic violence third-harassment from the 800 Block of Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham.

-Theft of property fourth and criminal mischief third from the 5700 Block of Hunt Cliff Road, Birmingham. A catalytic converter valued at $350 was stolen and a vehicle sustained an estimated $200 in damage.

-Felony rape from an unknown location.

-Felony unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 5000 Block of Jameswood Lane, Birmingham. A laptop computer, tablet, gift card, currency, credit card and check book valued at a total of about $2,300 were stolen.

-Civil dispute from the 21300 Block of Hwy. 55, Sterrett.

 

April 10

-Domestic investigation from the 100 Block of Arrowhead Lane, Indian Springs.

-Felony assault first from the 0 Block of Beaver Creek Road, Columbiana.

-Domestic investigation from Hwy. 280 East at Marathon gas station, Chelsea.

-Miscellaneous information from the 2900 Block of Selkirk Circle, Birmingham.

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance from Hwy. 280 at Hwy. 55.

-Domestic investigation from the 0 Block of Carroll Road, Wilsonville.

-Resisting arrest and use of force from the 500 Block of Pea Ridge Drive, Montevallo. Taser barbs and cartridges were recovered.

-Felony theft of property third and criminal mischief third from the 100 Block of Chelsea Corners Way, Chelsea. A utility trailer valued at $1,400 was stolen and a lock sustained $30 in damage.

-Felony elder abuse and neglect from the 100 Block of Hawks View Drive, Leeds.

-Attempting to elude from I-65 and Hwy. 87, Calera. A vehicle was confiscated.

-Felony burglary from the 7000 Block of County Road 22, Montevallo. A door frame was damaged.

-Felony theft of property from the 2000 Block of Hwy. 56, Wilsonville.

-Domestic violence-menacing from the 200 Block of Davis Hawkins Street, Montevallo.

-Domestic violence-harassing communications from the 500 Block of Pea Ridge Drive, Montevallo. A letter was recovered.

-Illegal possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana from the 4900 Block of Keith Drive, Birmingham.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 1000 Block of County Road 45, Sterrett.

-Felony unlawful possession of controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Hwy. 280 East at County Road 437, Chelsea.

-Felony identity theft from the 300 Block of Hunter Hills Circle, Chelsea. $357.02 in fraudulent purchases was stolen.

-Felony willful abuse of a child under 18 from the 10 Block of Birmingham Street, Montevallo.

-Theft of property-motor vehicle from the 10000 Block of Hwy. 55, Sterrett. A vehicle valued at $10,000 was stolen.

-Felony intimidating a witness from the 600 Block of Waterford Lane, Calera.

-Felony theft of property first from the 0 Block of Valentine Circle, Wilsonville. Two vehicles, trailer, assorted tools, dog and wallet were stolen.

-Felony theft of property third from the 0 Block of Valentine Circle, Wilsonville. Audio mixer soundboards, welding machine and television valued at a total of $1,200 were stolen.

-Criminal trespass from the 1400 Block of Petal Fall Drive. A ball cap was recovered.

-Domestic violence-harassing communications from the 1400 Block of Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham.

-Harassment from the 5600 Block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham.

-Minor in possession of alcohol from the 10000 Block of Hwy. 11, Chelsea.

-Violation of a domestic violence protection order from the 400 Block of Lime Creek Bend, Chelsea.

-Felony unlawful possession of controlled substance from Hwy. 47 at Harris Road, Columbiana. Synthetic marijuana was recovered.

-Felony theft of property third from the 800 Block of Hwy. 55, Wilsonville. A utility trailer valued at $900 was stolen.

-Felony theft of property first from the 800 Block of Paradise Cove Lane, Wilsonville. A boat, motor and trailer were stolen.

-Felony theft of property from the 200 Block of Hwy. 402, Shelby. $1,000 was stolen.

-Felony burglary from the 800 Block of Ridgeview Lake Road, Alabaster. Jewelry, weed eater and checkbook were stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident-property damage from the 200 Block of Meadow Drive, Birmingham.

-Leaving the scene of an accident from the intersection of County Road 155 and County Road 18, Montevallo. A vehicle was damaged.

-Felony theft of property from the 20900 Block of Hwy. 55, Vandiver. A vehicle was stolen.

-Leaving the scene of an accident from Hwy. 155 at County Road 200, Montevallo. A vehicle was damaged.

-Felony burglary third and theft of property fourth from the 200 Block of Chesser Loop Road, Chelsea. Two rings valued at a total of $350 were stolen.

-Suicide attempt from the 3700 Block of Buck Horn Cove, Birmingham.
