The following are uniform incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from April 24-30:

 

April 24

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 5400 Block of Hwy. 280, Birmingham. Six beers valued at $7.69 were stolen.

-Two counts of felony theft of property from the 3000 Block of Hwy. 32, Wilsonville. A vehicle and firearm were stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident from Hidden Ridge, Chelsea.

-Miscellaneous information from the 9700 Block of S. Main Street, Wilsonville.

-Miscellaneous information from the 100 Block of Glory Road, Wilsonville.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 200 Block of Clear Springs Way, Lot 28, Shelby.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and giving false name or address to law enforcement from the 5400 Block of Hwy. 280, Birmingham. Syringes and meth pipe were confiscated.

-Public intoxication from the 300 Block of Valentine Circle, Wilsonville.

-Miscellaneous information-property damage from the 1800 Block of Springfield Loop West, Birmingham. A vehicle sustained $500 in damage.

-Trespassing from the 19000 Block of Hwy. 145, Shelby.

-Domestic investigation from the 3200 Block of Buck Horn Cove, Birmingham.

-Felony identity theft from the 6700 Block of Whitetail Drive, Birmingham.

-Felony identity theft from the 3000 Block of Afton Circle, Birmingham. $3,279.40 was stolen.

-Felony theft of property first from the 5400 Block of Hwy. 280, Birmingham. A vehicle valued at $61,975 was stolen.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 600 Block of Hwy. 8, Montevallo. A pocketbook was stolen.

-Domestic violence-harassment and domestic violence-criminal mischief from the 100 Block of Red Stick Road, Birmingham. A vehicle sustained $250 damage.

-Felony unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle and felony theft of property second from the 3200 Block of Inverness Lane, Birmingham. A firearm valued at $200 was stolen.

-Felony theft of property from the 1100 Block of Dunnavant Valley Road, Birmingham. Various jewelry valued at a total of $2,700 was stolen.

-Domestic violence-harassing communications from the 1000 Block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 1400 Block of Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham. A firearm and tablet were stolen.

-Felony unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 5400 Block of Hwy. 280, Birmingham. A vehicle was damaged, and a purse, money, bank cards and check book were stolen.

-Felony unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 5400 Block of Hwy. 280, Birmingham. A vehicle was damaged, and a wallet and bank card were stolen.

-Felony burglary third and felony theft of property first from the 4400 Block of Hwy. 49, Columbiana. A door was damaged, and a video game console, music system, camera, and two laptop computers valued at a total of about $3,300 were stolen.

-Felony identity theft from the 5400 Block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.

 

April 25

-Miscellaneous incident from the 900 Block of Hwy. 438, Wilsonville. A firearm and shotgun shells were recovered.

-Felony unlawful possession of marijuana from the 15000 Block of Hwy. 280, Chelsea. Marijuana, drug paraphernalia and a firearm were confiscated.

-Domestic investigation from the 300 Block of Eagle Ridge Drive, Birmingham.

-Theft of property fourth from the 500 Block of Polo Way, Chelsea. A bicycle valued at $110 was stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident from Hwy. 70 at Landfill Road, Columbiana.

-Criminal mischief from Hwy. 270, Maylene. A mailbox and pole were damaged.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 700 Block of Willow Leaf Road, Harpersville.

-Theft of property fourth from the 16000 Block of Hwy. 42, Shelby. Mail valued at $10 was stolen.

-Felony fraudulent use of credit card from the 2000 Block of Stone Brook Drive. $1,391.34 was stolen.

-Felony willful abuse of a child less than 18 from the 3000 Block of Newbury Circle, Birmingham.

-Felony rape from an unknown location, Harpersville.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 Block of Monte Tierra Trail, Montevallo.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 Block of Randolph Road, Wilton.

-Domestic violence-harassing communications from the 500 Block of Forest Lakes Drive, Chelsea.

 

April 26

-Domestic investigation from the 1900 Block of Inverness Lane.

-Theft of property fourth from 4671 Hwy. 280, Birmingham at Wendy’s. $300 was stolen.

-Property damage from 4752 Hwy. 280 at Simply Self Storage. An overhead door was damaged.

-Theft of property fourth from the 12000 Block of Hwy. 43, Vandiver. A car tag was stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 1200 Block of Highland Lakes Trail, Birmingham. A residence and furniture were damaged.

-Harassing communications from the 1000 Block of Hwy. 221, Montevallo.

-Harassing communications from the 1000 Block of Hwy. 221, Montevallo.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 0 Block of Lodge Drive, Montevallo.

-Allowing dogs to run at large from the 1200 Block of Hwy. 10, Montevallo. Chickens, ducks, a rabbit and livestock fencing were damaged.

-Property damage from the 1800 Building, Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham. A vehicle was damaged.

-Theft of property fourth from the 200 Block of Spring Branch Road, Columbiana. Farm gates valued at $300 were stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 500 Block of Kinnebrew Drive, Chelsea.

-Felony burglary from the 200 Block of Narrows Point Lane, Birmingham.

-Theft of property fourth and domestic violence-harassment from the 400 Block of Hwy. 17, Montevallo. $30 was stolen.

-Felony unlawful breaking and entering motor vehicle from the 2200 Block of Spring Creek Road, Montevallo. Silver dollars and jewelry valued at a total of about $3,000 were stolen.

-Assault from the 5400 Block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham.

April 27

-Unlawful possession of marijuana second degree and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 5400 Block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 5400 Block of Hwy. 280, Birmingham.

-Death investigation from the 100 Block of Monte Verde Lane, Montevallo.

-Felony unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle and theft of property from the 1200 Building Inverness Landing, Birmignham. A debit card, ring and $275 in currency were stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 900 Block of Spring Garden Street, Indian Springs.

-Harassing communications from the 300 Block of Nichols Road, Chelsea.

-Property damage from the 16000 Block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. A gas pump housing was damaged.

–Felony unlawful breaking and entering vehicle and fourth degree theft of property from the 0 block of Nolen Street, Birmingham, gray 2004 Lexus was damaged, garage remote stolen

–Felony theft of property from the 0 block of Southwood Drive, Alabaster, pressure washer valued at $100, vision television and wall mounts valued at $400, Ryobi power drill and drill bits valued at $199, skill saw valued at $170, misc. tools and antique door knobs and hinges were stolen

–Felony theft of property and criminal trespassing from the 300 block of Hwy. 13, Helena, white Wells Fargo 7×16 box trailer valued at $15,000 and various amounts of antique furniture were stolen

–Sexual abuse from the 1300 block of Altadena Rise, Birmingham

Felony sex abuse from the 500 block of Hwy. 69, Chelsea

–Felony possession of child pornography from the 100 block of Dusty Way, Harpersville

 

April 28

-Assault from the 200 Block of Highland View Drive, Birmingham.

-Harassing communications from the 3300 Block of Woodford Place, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident-suicide attempt from the 500 Block of Hwy. 39, Chelsea.

-Chelsea dog barking ordinance from the 500 Block of Alta Vista Drive, Chelsea.

–Felony unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 1300 block of Barristers Court, black Lenova laptop valued at $2,000 was stolen

–Felony unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 3000 block of Eagle Ridge Lane, Birmingham, Fuji film valued at $1,000, 2 pairs of shoes valued at $340, sunglasses valued at $100, Patagonia bag valued at $70 and miscellaneous hiking equipment valued at $485 were stolen.

–Felony theft of property and felony unlawful breaking/entering motor vehicle from the 7700 block of Hwy. 10, Montevallo, red 2001 Honda 400EX Fourwheeler was stolen

–Felony theft of property from the 500 block of Hwy. 74, Chelsea, $15,000 cash was stolen

–Driving under the influence from the 11000 block of Old Hwy. 280, Chelsea

 

April 29

-Criminal mischief from the 0 Block of Autry Drive, Chelsea. A vehicle sustained $150 in damage.

-Harassment from an unknown location.

-Property damage and duty upon striking fixture from County Road 70, Columbiana. A power pole was damaged.

-Harassment from the 5400 Block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 3500 Block of Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 3800 Block of Chesapeake North, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 800 Block of Meadow Drive, Birmingham.

-Harassing communications from the 400 Block of Valley View Road, Indian Springs.

-Domestic investigation from the 1000 Block of Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham.

-Missing person from the 12000 Block of Old Highway 280, Chelsea.

–Felony third degree burglary and felony first degree theft of property from the 200 block of Pink Dogwood Lane, Chelsea, green 2014 Honda Recon fourwheeler valued at $4,000, red 2013 Honda Rancher fourwheeler valued at $6,500, orange Echo weed eater valued at $200, Stihl chain saw valued at $400, Husky 24-foot ladder valued at $500 and Kobalt electric chainsaw valued at $175 were stolen

–Fourth degree theft of property from the 400 block of Polo Trace, Chelsea

April 30

-Felony unlawful possession of controlled substance from the 0 Block of Lakeview Court, Shelby. Methamphetamine, suboxone and unknown substances were recovered.

-Domestic investigation from the 500 Block of Turtle Lake Drive, Birmingham.

–Second degree unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 600 block of Ninth Avenue, Calera

–Harassing communications from the 100 block of Longmeadow Trace, Maylene
