PELHAM – Local businessman John Turner recently added new merchandise to his online store that was inspired by cities throughout Shelby County.

Turner, owner of Turner Promotions, recently debuted new T-shirts, hats and other merchandise online at Roguegarments.com. The online store features different types of hats with letter appliqués representative of area cities and the state and T-shirts with phrases like “I Love Pelham.”

The hats come with the letters PLM for Pelham, HVR for Hoover, HLN for Helena, HWD for Homewood, BHM for Birmingham, VST for Vestavia and much more.

“It’s just a way to represent your city with pride,” he said. “It can also be a talking point if people ask you what the letters stand for.”

Turner said his best-selling products are the trucker caps with the letter appliqués. He said there about 100 items for sale on the website.

Decals cost $5 and most other items cost $24.95, including tax and shipping costs.

Turner’s collection can also be found in area boutiques, such as Gifted in Pelham, Southern Elegance Boutique in Helena, Anabelle’s Southern Boutique on U.S. 280 and The Ditsy Daisy Boutique in Chelsea.
