Ruth Morgan, age 84, of Sterrett, passed away Monday, May 14.

The visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. Saturday, May 19 at Mt. Zion Baptist Church. The funeral service will follow at 11 a.m. at the church with Bro. Delford Isbell officiating. Burial will be at Mt. Zion Cemetery. Bolton Funeral Home is directing.

Mrs. Morgan was a retired Shelby County bus driver.

Mrs. Morgan is survived by her husband, Sanford Erskine Morgan; children, Ricki Morgan (Donna), Debra Morgan Chance, Kathy Morgan, Darrell Morgan (Jessica), and Chris Morgan (Debbi); seven grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
