May 11

-Domestic violence-harassment and theft of property fourth from the 600 Block of Depot Street, Wilton. A Bluetooth speaker valued at $200 was stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident from Hwy. 280 between Highland Lakes and Brookhighland Parkway.

-Theft of property fourth from the 1400 Block of Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham.

-Felony unlawful possession of controlled substance from Hwy. 25 at Shelby Street, Montevallo. Adderall was confiscated.

-Felony unlawful possession of controlled substance from Hwy. 25 at Shelby Street, Montevallo. Adderall was confiscated.

-Death investigation from the 1400 Block of Sumner Drive, Columbiana.

-Felony unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 0 Block of Bear Creek Road, Columbiana. Methamphetamine was confiscated.

-Fire investigation from the 300 Block of McGowin Road, Wilsonville. A carport/shed sustained an estimated $1,000 in damage.

-Miscellaneous incident-property damage from the 17000 Block of County Road 42, Shelby.

-Death investigation from Hebb Road, Wilsonville.

-Felony possession of child pornography from the 5600 Block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham. An iPod was recovered.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 1300 Block of Liberty Road, Chelsea.

-Theft of property third from the 52200 Block of Hwy. 25, Vandiver. Three mobile phones valued at a total of $530 were stolen.

-Felony domestic violence-strangulation from the 500 Block of Hwy. 8, Wilton.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana second from the 10000 Block of Hwy. 11, Chelsea.

 

May 2

-Domestic investigation from the 400 Block of Wallace Drive, Shelby.

-Possession of drug paraphernalia from the 100 Block of Turtle Point, Shelby.

-Domestic investigation from the 1200 Block of Inverness Lane.

-Criminal mischief and theft of property fourth from the intersection of Virginia Way and Cahaba Valley Trace, Birmingham. Solar lights sustained $4 in damage, and three balloons and two political signs were stolen.

-Domestic investigation from Tolbert Circle, Montevallo.

-Felony unlawful possession of controlled substance from the 2100 Block of Springfield Loop West, Birmingham. Methamphetamine was recovered.

-Miscellaneous incident-found property from the 0 Block of Beaver Creek Road, Columbiana. A firearm was confiscated.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 Block of Turtle Point, Shelby.

-Violation of protection order from the 100 Block of Eddings Lane, Alabaster.

-Domestic violence-harassing communications and domestic violence-menacing from the 1200 Block of Inverness Landing, Birmingham.

-Violation of protection from abuse order from 1 Jefferson Place, Birmingham, at Mt Laurel Elementary School.

-Felony theft of property from the 12000 Block of Hwy. 41, Leeds. Scrap metal, ladder, pressure washer, power cable and fire pit valued at a total of $950 were stolen.

-Felony burglary third and felony theft of property third from the 0 Block of Lakeview Court, Shelby. A table saw, kitchen knives, kitchen utensils, food, dishes and hand tools were stolen.

-Felony theft of property from the 5000 Block of Kenley Way. A paddle boat valued at $700 was stolen.

-Felony theft of property from the 1000 Block of Fairbank Lane, Chelsea. $4,000 was stolen.

-Felony unlawful breaking/entering vehicle and felony theft of property from Monte Bello Lane, Montevallo. A duffle bag and contents valued at $1,500 were stolen.

May 3

-Driving under the influence/controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia from Hwy. 280 at Hugh Daniel Drive.

-Felony unlawful possession of controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from County Road 435 and County Road 30, Wilsonville. Methamphetamine was confiscated.

-Felony burglary from Spain Drive, Alabaster. Morphine pills, cigarettes and $15 in currency was stolen.

-Domestic investigation from the 24000 Block of Hwy. 25.

-Fire investigation from the 3000 Block of Hwy. 93, Helena. A camper trailer was damaged.

-Agency assist from the 0 Block of Brown Road, Bessemer.

-Domestic investigation from the 8000 Block of Hwy. 47, Shelby.

-Domestic investigation from the 24000 Block of Hwy. 25.

-Fire investigation from the 3000 Block of Hwy. 93, Helena. A camper trailer was damaged.

-Felony sex abuse of a child less than 12 from the 0 Block of Shady Acres Lane, Alabaster.

-Promoting prison contraband from 380 McDow Road, Columbiana. A glass pipe was confiscated.

-Domestic violence-harassment and resisting arrest from Hawkins Drive, Montevallo.

-Felony unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 4000 Block of Oxford Road, Birmingham. A mobile phone was stolen.

-Fraudulent use of a credit card from Mane Ranch Circle, Montevallo.

-Felony unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and felony theft of property from the 100 Block of Bridge Drive, Birmingham. A purse and laptop computer valued at a total of $1,900 were stolen.

-Felony unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 400 Block of Heatherwood Drive. $10 was stolen.

-Felony unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 300 Block of Turnberry Road. An iPad valued at $700 was stolen.

-Miscellaneous information from the 5200 Block of Spring Creek Road, Montevallo.

-Felony theft of property third from the 19000 Block of Kenley Way. $700 was stolen.

-Property damage from East Inverness Parkway at U.S. 280 West. A vehicle was damaged.

-Harassment from the 1300 Block of Altadena Rise, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 500 Block of Reynolds Road, Vincent.

-Fire investigation from the 4000 Block of Lakeshore Cove, Birmingham. A house and camper sustained a total of about $500,000 in damage.

-Burglary from the 3700 Block of Hwy. 30, Columbiana. A shed door sustained $25 in damage.

-Domestic violence-criminal mischief and domestic violence-harassing communications from the 200 Block of Fairbank Circle, Chelsea. A vehicle was damaged.

-Felony unlawful possession of controlled substance and unlawful possession of prescription drugs from the 2100 Block of Indian Crest Drive, Birmingham. Cocaine, Xanax and hydrochloride pills were confiscated.

-Felony theft of property third from the 19000 Block of Kenley Way. $700 was stolen.

-Criminal mischief from the 3400 Block of Heatherbrooke Parkway, Birmingham. Two vehicles sustained a total of $1,620 in damage.

-Public intoxication from the 200 Block of County Road 307, Shelby.

-Miscellaneous incident-law enforcement assist from 21665 Hwy. 25, Columbiana at Fred’s.

-Failure to pay for gasoline purchase from County Road 47, Shelby. $30.45 in gas was stolen.

-Miscellaneous information-found property from the 3300 Block of Culloden Way, Birmingham. Marijuana was recovered.

-Felony theft of property first from the 100 Block of New Bridge Lane, Columbiana. Various jewelry valued at a total of about $6,000 was stolen.

 

May 6

-Felony theft of property third from the 100 Block of Shady Branch Lane, Chelsea. A pool slide valued at $1,000 was stolen.

-Felony unlawful breaking and entering of vehicle from the 600 Block of Chelsea Station, Chelsea. A wallet, debit card, cash, back pack, math book and drivers license were stolen.

-Felony unlawful breaking and entering vehicle and theft of property fourth from the 600 Block of Chelsea Station Circle, Chelsea. A video game console valued at $250 was stolen.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana second and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Old Hwy. 280 at Oak Tree Drive, Chelsea. Marijuana was recovered.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana second and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 400 Block of Sand Ridge Lane, Leeds. Marijuana was recovered.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 Block of Willow Lake Lane, Wilsonville.

-Domestic investigation from the 1000 Block of Baron Lane, Chelsea.

-Illegal possession of prescription drugs from Hwy. 280 at Hwy. 55, Westover. Gabapentin was confiscated.
