May 14

–Third degree burglary from the 0 block of Evergreen Road, Shelby. A red portable work light valued at $25 was stolen.

–Domestic investigation from the 4000 block of Bent River Lane, Birmingham.

–Property damage from Caldwell Mill near Corsair Drive, Birmingham. A 2013 Lincoln MKX was damaged.

–Civil dispute from the 1700 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham.

–Death investigation from the 1400 block of Hwy. 39, Chelsea.

–Domestic investigation from the 5300 block of Meadow Brook Road, Birmingham.

–Miscellaneous incident the 300 block of Turtle Lake Drive, Birmingham.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 3200 flock of Garden Walk, Birmingham.

–Missing person from the 1900 block of Hwy. 31, Calera.

–Promoting prison contraband from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana.

–Felony willful abuse of a child under 18 years of age from the 100 block of Rocking Chair Road, Wilsonville.

–Felony theft of property from Ross Drive, Bessemer. A set of tires and rims valued at $1,200 were stolen.

–Violation of a protection order from Hollow Oak Lane, Helena.

–Felony theft of property from the 10000 block of Hwy. 11, Chelsea. A black Apple iPhone valued at $899 was stolen.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 3600 block of Stratford Road, Birmingham.

–Domestic violence criminal trespass from the 200 block of Briar Patch Way, Maylene.

–Felony third degree theft of property from Laura Lane, Chelsea. A total of 40 sheets of plywood valued at $600 and 35 planks of wood valued at $600 were stolen.

 

May 15

–Domestic investigation from the 1600 block of Morning Sun Drive, Birmingham.

–Felony unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 700 block of Depot Street, Wilton.

–Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 600 block of Depot Street, Wilton.

–Violation of domestic violence protection order from the 5400 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham.

Leaving the scene of an accident from Hwy. 280 near Bowling Drive, Birmingham.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana.

–Third degree criminal mischief from the 100 block of Timberland Way, Vandiver. Three glass window panes valued at $300 were damaged.

–Miscellaneous incident property damage from the 600 block of Hwy. 338, Chelsea. A 2016 Hyundai Sonata was damaged.

–Miscellaneous incident abandoned vehicle from the 12000 block of Hwy. 43, Vandiver.

–Civil dispute from the 3000 block of Inverness Lane, Birmingham.

–Miscellaneous incident found property from the 300 block of Hollow Tree Trail, Harpersville.

–Third degree domestic violence assault from the 3000 block of Hwy. 331, Columbiana.

–Felony domestic violence strangulation and domestic violence assault from the 600 block of Alexander Road, Leeds.

–Felony burglary and felony theft of property from the 2100 block of Brook Highland Road, Birmingham. A pink jewelry box containing miscellaneous jewelry, an alarm system and $6,000 in cash were stolen.

–Felony burglary from the 4000 block of Hwy. 49, Columbiana. An Apple Macbook Air valued at $1,035.17, an iPad, headphones, a handsander and a red Craftsman riding lawnmower were stolen.

–Felony possession of child pornography from the 100 block of Dusty Way, Harpersville.

–Felony identity theft from the 1800 block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham.

–Felony possession of child pornography from the 100 block of Dusty Way, Harpersville.

–Harassment from the 9400 block of Main Street, Wilsonville.

 

May 16

–Domestic investigation from the 400 block of Liberty Ridge Road, Chelsea.

–Death investigation from the 2400 block of Valleybrook Drive.

–Civil dispute custody from the 5100 block of Valleydale Road.

–Fourth degree theft of property from the from the 2600 block of Indian Crest Drive, Pelham. A total of six small signs and one large sign were stolen.

–Domestic violence harassing communications from the 600 block of Meadow Drive, Birmingham.

–Domestic violence protection order violation from the 100 block of Branch Drive, Chelsea.

–Felony first degree theft of property and felony unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 1300 block of Weatherly Cove, Birmingham. A Dell laptop valued at $2,450, Prada sunglasses valued at $200 and a magnetic cell phone mount valued at $50 were stolen.

–Felony unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 5000 block of Post House Lane. A gray purse with various contents, a woman’s wallet, $20 in cash and ID cards were stolen.

–Felony fraudulent use of a debit/credit card from the 2600 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham.

–Felony unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 5200 block of Meadow Gardens Lane, Birmingham. An iPhone 6 was stolen.

–Felony identity theft from the 5200 block of Birdsong Road, Birmingham.

–Unlawful possession of marijuana second degree from the 16000 block of Hwy. 280, Chelsea.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 1000 block of Eagle Ridge Drive, Birmingham.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 9000 block of Hwy. 411, Odenville.

–Domestic investigation from Memory Lane, Alabaster.

–Assault from Hwy. 205, Montevallo.

–Permitting dogs to run at large from the 400 block of Greenwood Drive, Wilsonville.

–Property damage from Hwy. 52 near the Jefferson County line. The front left corner and front grill of a vehicle was damaged.

May 17

–Harassing communications from the 200 block of Indian Crest Drive, Indian Springs.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 1400 block of Oak Ridge Drive, Birmingham.

–Death investigation from the 200 block of Windchase Drive, Birmingham.

–Fourth degree theft of property from the 1500 block of Hwy. 37, Columbiana. A pit bull dog valued at $100 was stolen.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 200 block of Williams Road, Birmingham.

–Domestic violence assault from Memory Lane, Alabaster.

–Felony burglary from the 11000 block of Hwy. 47, Shelby. A wireless modem valued at $100, a DirectTV receiver valued at $100, a large bag of books on CD valued at $50, a deep fryer valued at $100, several food items valued at $50 and kitchen utensils valued at $20 were stolen.

–Felony burglary from the 4000 block of Hwy. 61, Columbiana. A large water jug filled with quarters valued at $5,000 was stolen.

–Felony theft of property from the 200 block of Polo Field Way, Chelsea. Construction beams valued at $200 and rolls of roofing felt valued at $320 were stolen.

–Domestic investigation from the 2900 block of McAlpine Road, Birmingham.

–Unauthorized use of a vehicle from the 9300 block of Old Hwy. 280, Chelsea.

–Felony theft of property from the 4600 block of Hwy. 280. A leather bi-fold valued at $25, a Mastercard, a debit card, a credit card, a Mastercard and $190 in U.S. currency were stolen.

–Felony burglary from the 1100 block of Hwy. 440, Chelsea.

–Unlawful possession of marijuana from the 600 block of Crest Road, Birmingham.

 

May 18

–Miscellaneous information property damage from the 3000 block of Hwy. 26, Columbiana. A 2014 Ford F150 was damaged.

–Fourth degree theft of property from the 100 block of Rockhill Drive, Shelby. A cell phone case valued at $57 was stolen.

–Felony unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 3000 block of Hwy.  311, Shelby.

–Death investigation from the 3000 block of Hwy. 109, Columbiana.

–Death investigation from the 500 block of Sheffield Way, Birmingham.

–Criminal trespassing from the 100 block of Glory Road, Wilsonville.

–Civil dispute from the 400 block of Sunset Lake Circle, Chelsea.

–Criminal mischief from the 600 lock of Crest Road, Birmingham. A concrete retaining wall was damaged.

–Miscellaneous incident civil dispute from the 5600 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham.

–Domestic violence harassment and interference with a domestic violence emergency call from Little Creek Circle, Chelsea.

–Domestic violence harassment from the 100 block of Stoneridge Lane, Sterrett.

–Domestic violence harassment from the 500 block of Chelsea Station Circle, Chelsea.

–Felony theft of property from the 100 block of Christy Drive, Shelby. A 20-foot utility pole valued at $500 and a power meter with wiring valued at $250 were stolen.

–Felony theft of property from the 11000 block of Old Hwy. 280, Chelsea. Approximately $3,000 in cash was stolen.

–Chemical endangerment of a child from the 3700 block of Hwy. 26, Columbiana.

–SORNA violation from the 380 block of McDow Road, Columbiana.

–Felony theft of property from the 100 block of Smyer Lake Road, Leeds. A black 1994 utility trailer valued at $900 was stolen.

–Felony identity theft from the 5000 block of Sunrise Drive, Birmingham.

–Unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 4000 block of Somerset Ridge, Birmingham.

 

May 19

–Missing person from the 500 block of Kinnebrew Drive, Chelsea.

–Miscellaneous incident from Chelsea Corners Way just before Hwy. 280, Chelsea.

–Fourth degree theft of property from the 6000 block of Whitetail Drive, Birmingham. A Roku TV valued at $376 was stolen.

–Domestic violence harassment from the 3300 block of Afton Lane, Birmingham.

–Felony unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and felony second degree theft of property from the 4600 block of Hwy. 280, Birmingham. A Ruger 9mm model P94 was stolen.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 15000 block of Hwy. 280, Chelsea.

–Felony theft of property from the 3000 block of Creswell Road, Harpersville. A 2017 Honda Pioneer valued at $15,000 was stolen.

–Domestic violence harassment from the 200 block of Cypress Lane, Montevallo.

 

May 20

–Fourth degree theft of property from the 16000 block of Hwy. 280, Chelsea. A package of Reese’s cups valued at $$.86, a Reese’s 6-pack of candies valued at $3, a bra valued at $10.44, an iPhone 8 case valued at $16.77, an iPhone 8 case valued at $4.88 and an iPhone 8 case valued at $13.94 were stolen.

–Domestic investigation from the 5200 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.

–Miscellaneous incident property damage from the 1000 block of Hwy. 69, Chelsea. The front end of a 2016 Toyota Forerunner was damaged.

–Miscellaneous incident property damage from the 1000 block of Dunnavant Valley Road, Birmingham. A Honda Odyssey was damaged.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 70 block of Rary Trail, Wilsonville.

–Domestic investigation from the 400 block of Hwy. 478, Leeds.
