The following are uniform incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from May 22-27:

 

May 22

-Theft of property fourth-deception from the 1100 Block of Turtle Lake Drive, Birmingham. A video game console valued at $200 was stolen.

-Felony theft of property-deception from the 1000 Block of Highland Park Place, Birmingham. A check valued at $1,000 was stolen.

-Felony unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana from Winn-Dixie at 150 Chelsea Corners, Chelsea. Marijuana and methamphetamine was confiscated.

-Agency assist from I-65 northbound at Mile Marker 230, Calera.

-Driving under the influence from Hwy. 47 at Hwy. 42, Shelby. A firearm was confiscated.

-Felony fraudulent use of a credit card and felony theft of property from the 5100 Block of Old Mill Court, Indian Springs. Debit and credit cards were forged.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 Block of Greenbriar Place, Chelsea.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 Block of Willow View Lane, Wilsonville.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 100 Block of Lawley Drive, Maylene. A tag was stolen.

-Civil dispute from the 200 Block of Queen Drive, Saginaw.

-Harassing communication from the 100 Block of Mustang Trail, Columbiana.

-Felony theft of property from the 100 Block of Clear Springs Way, Shelby. A vehicle valued at $3,000 was stolen.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 200 Block of Mizzell Road, Columbiana.

-Felony identity theft from the 300 Block of Hanna Drive, Vincent. A power bill was recovered.

-Harassing communications from the 100 Block of Christ’s Way, Maylene.

 

May 23

-Domestic investigation from the 1800 Block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 2000 Block of Inverness Lane, Birmingham.

-Theft of property fourth from the 5400 Block of Hwy. 280, Birmingham. Assorted household goods, clothing and electronics dropped off for donation were stolen.

-Fire investigation from the 400 Block of Rocky Ridge Road, Columbiana.

-Domestic investigation from the 1000 Building of Inverness Landing, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 580 Block of Hwy. 39, Chelsea.

-Assault from an unknown address, Crabapple Lane, Vandiver.

-Assault from an unknown address, Crabapple Lane, Vandiver.

-Assault from the 2300 Block of Hwy. 39, Chelsea.

-Assault and harassment from the 100 Block of Crabapple Lane, Vandiver.

-Leaving the scene of an accident from 2653 Valleydale Road, Birmingham, at Walmart Neighborhood Market. A vehicle was damaged.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 1900 Block of Hwy. 46, Shelby. Heroin was recovered.

-Felony theft of property from the 100 Block of Anglers Lane, Shelby. A Bible with documents inside, checkbooks, diamond ring and firearms valued at a total of $1,340 were stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 Block of Magnolia Ridge Circle, Chelsea.

-Domestic violence-harassing communications from the 200 Block of Davis Hawkins Street, Montevallo.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 100 Block of Two Lakes Trail, Columbiana.

-Domestic investigation from the 2900 Block of Riverwood Terrace.

-Civil dispute from the 100 Block of Vantana Drive, Columbiana.

 

May 24

-Domestic violence third-harassment from the 900 Block of Inverness Lane, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 3400 Block of Inverness Lane, Birmingham.

-Felony fraudulent use of a credit card from the 100 Block of Lake Landing, Shelby.

-Felony domestic violence second and criminal mischief first from the 26000 Block of Hwy. 25, Columbiana. A vehicle, furniture, sheet rock, dishes and figurines sustained an estimated total of $2,750 in damage.

-Domestic investigation from the 1000 Block of Shelby Forest Trace, Chelsea.

-Theft of property fourth from 5443 Hwy. 280 at Vapor Thrift Store. Unknown property was stolen.

-Allowing dogs to run at large from the 600 Block of Salser Lane, Chelsea.

-Harassment from the 1900 Building of Inverness Landing, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous information from the 4000 Block of Hwy. 10, Montevallo.

-Fire investigation from the 200 Block of Ledge Circle, Birmingham. A garage wall was burned.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 16000 Block of U.S. Hwy. 280, Chelsea.

-Leaving scene of accident from the 100 Block of Cliff Road, Sterrett. A vehicle was damaged.

-Felony unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 100 Block of Clear Springs Way, Shelby.

-Felony identity theft from the 2500 Block of Chuchura Road, Birmingham. Fraudulent purchases totaling about $610 were stolen.

-Miscellaneous information from the 500 Block of Heatherbrooke Road.

-Theft of property fourth from the 300 Block of Chesser Loop Drive, Chelsea.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 1500 Block of Woods of Riverchase Drive, Hoover.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 1000 Block of Griffin Road, Chelsea. A vehicle was damaged.

-Miscellaneous information from Shady Trail, Alabaster.

-Disorderly conduct from 260 McDow Road, Columbiana, at Shelby County Community Corrections.

-Felony SORNA violation-adult sex offender-registration with local law enforcement from 380 McDow Road, Columbiana.

-Domestic violence-menacing from the 1400 Block of Highland Lakes Trail, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident-recovered property from the 3000 Block of Brook Highland Drive, Birmingham. A wallet with assorted contents, $499 in currency, drivers licenses and gift card were recovered.

-Miscellaneous incident from 380 McDow Road, Columbiana.

-Felony unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and felony theft of property third from the 3200 Block of Mountain Ridge Circle, Birmingham. A cell phone valued at $800 was stolen.

 

May 26

-Domestic investigation from the 5100 Block of Lee Street, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 5300 Block of South Shades Crest Road, Bessemer. A vehicle and a gas line were damaged.

-Theft of property fourth degree and criminal mischief from the 100 Block of Rose Lane, Montevallo. A door was damaged, and gasoline valued at $70 was stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident from Camp Branch Circle, Alabaster.

-Missing person from the 200 Block of Hwy. 260, Maylene.

-Miscellaneous information from the 6200 Block of Hwy. 26, Columbiana.

-Criminal trespassing from the 800 Block of Hwy. 491, Vandiver.

-Felony theft of property from the 300 Block of Chesser Plantation Lane, Chelsea. $2,500 was stolen.

-Death investigation from the 27000 Block of Hwy. 25, Wilsonville.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 6000 Block of Brookhill Circle, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence third-harassment from the 100 Block of Starboard Drive, Shelby.

-Felony unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 100 Block of Wilson Glenn Drive, Wilsonville. A pocket set valued at $500 was stolen.

 

May 27

-Felony unlawful possession of a controlled substance and DUI-controlled substance from Chelsea Road at Levan Drive, Columbiana. Synthetic marijuana and pills were confiscated.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from the 500 Block of Depot Street, Wilton.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 500 Block of Depot Street, Wilton.

-Theft of property fourth from the 15000 Block of Hwy. 280, Chelsea. $50 was stolen.

-Public intoxication from the 200 Block of August Road, Shelby.
