-Criminal mischief third degree from the 1300 block of First Street North (residence, home). Damaged were a tire bracket in the amount of $400 and a gas tank in the amount of $100.

-Public lewdness from the 600 block of Fifth Avenue Southeast (residence, home).

-Harassment from the 1000 block of First Street South (service, gas station).

-Property damage from the 500 block of Bennett Drive (highway, street). Damaged was a Toyota Tundra in the amount of $1,500.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 400 block of Heathersage Road (residence, home). Stolen was a pistol valued at $250.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen were sour gummies valued at $1.

-Possession of marijuana second degree from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Confiscated was marijuana.

-Possession of marijuana second degree from the 1100 block of First Street South (restaurant). Confiscated was marijuana.

-Possession of drug paraphernalia from the 100 block of Mountain Parkway (residence, home). Confiscated were a wooden pipe and highlighter pipe.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 700 block of Windsor Court (residence, home). Stolen was $120.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 600 block of Windsor Court (residence, home).
