-Violation of protection order from the 5500 Block of Heath Row Drive, Birmingham.

-Theft of property fourth from the 2200 Block of County Road 39, Chelsea. A cell phone, miscellaneous jewelry, coin collections, prescription medication, alarm clock and tape recorder were stolen.

-Felony sexual abuse second from the 2200 Block of County Road 39, Chelsea.

-Felony burglary from the 4000 Block of Somerset Ridge, Birmingham. A window was damaged, and a necklace was stolen.

-Felony possession of child pornography from the 300 Block of Birmingham Street, Montevallo.

-Miscellaneous incident from 5349 U.S. 280 at Raceway. An electronic card skimmer was recovered.

-Domestic incident from 5349 Hwy. 280, Birmingham, and Raceway.

-Felony obstructing justice-false identity from the 5500 Block of Heath Row Drive, Birmingham.

-Death investigation from the 700 Block of Hwy. 416, Wilsonville.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 2000 Block of Hwy. 61, Columbiana. A firearm was recovered.

-Felony fraudulent use of a debit/credit card from the 3500 Block of Portobello Road, Birmingham. A plane ticket valued at $2,643.85 and about $2,700 in a purchase/transfer and withdrawal were stolen.

-Missing person-runaway juvenile from the 3500 Block of Portobello Road, Birmingham.

-Property damage from the 4600 Block of Hwy. 280, Birmingham. Shrubbery was damaged.

-Felony theft of property from 7036 Meadowlark Drive at Metro Mini Storage, Birmingham. A plasma cutter waterbed valued at $40,000 was stolen.

-Felony shooting into an occupied dwelling from the 1300 Block of Inverness Cliffs Apartments, Birmingham. A firearm with bullets were recovered.

-Failure to pay for gasoline purchase from the 4600 Block of Hwy. 71, Shelby. $16.32 in gasoline was stolen.

-Felony theft of property from the 300 Block of Triple G Drive, Alabaster. Racing tire rims valued at $1,500 were stolen.

-Missing person-juvenile runaway from the 200 Block of Hwy. 200, Montevallo.

-Felony theft of property from the 4000 Block of Hwy. 47, Shelby. A vehicle was recovered.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 5100 Block of South Broken Bow Drive, Birmingham. A mobile phone and bottle caps used for smoking marijuana were confiscated.

-Felony theft of property first from the 9200 Block of North Main Street, Wilsonville. A trailer, lawn mower and gas cans with gas valued at a total of $3,500 were stolen.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 200 Block of Crest Road, Birmingham.

-Missing person-juvenile runaway-Chelsea contract from the 2000 Block of Shelby Forest Cove, Chelsea.

-Giving false name or address to law enforcement officer from U.S. Hwy. 231 at Kelley Creek Road, Vincent.

-Felony theft of property from the 3000 Block of Belvedere Lane, Birmingham. Gold coins valued at $25,000 were stolen.

-Felony theft of property fourth from the 300 Block of Hwy. 437, Sterrett. $200 cash was stolen, and a vehicle was damaged.

-Felony unlawful breaking and entering of vehicle and felony theft of property from the 5400 Block of Cahaba Valley Road. A vehicle sustained $500 in damage, and a debit card, drivers license and $10 in currency were stolen.

-Felony fraudulent use of a credit/debit card from the 0 Block of Lilly Road, Sterrett. A wallet containing credit card, debit card and Social Security card was stolen.

-Felony theft of property from the 600 Block of Southern Lane, Helena. $230 in assorted currency, assorted rings, necklace and two firearms were stolen.
