–Domestic violence harassment from Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 300 block of Four J Road, Chelsea.

–Assault third degree from the 100 block of Kings Ranch Drive, Wilsonville.

–Miscellaneous incident-property damage from the 100 block of Scarlet Lane, Chelsea.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 4900 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 2400 block of Weidman Road, Birmingham.

–Domestic investigation from Hollybrook Road, Columbiana.

–Domestic incident from the 3000 block of Shelby County 331, Columbiana.

–Trespassing from Spain Drive, Alabaster.

–Theft of property from the 59100 block of U.S. 25, Leeds.

–Burglary and theft of property from the 100 block of Belvedere Drive, Birmingham. Checks valued at $2,101, miscellaneous jewelry and costume jewelry valued at $9,500 were stolen.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 400 block of Sunset Lake Circle, Chelsea.

–Harassment from the 42000 block of Shelby County 25, Vincent.

–Death investigation from the 100 block of Newsome Road, Wilsonville.

–Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and fraudulent use of a credit card from the 3300 block of Brook Highland Circle, Birmingham. A Louis Vuitton purse and wallet, credit cards and a laptop and bag with an unknown value were stolen.

–Fraudulent use of a credit card from the 3000 block of Eagle Ridge Lane, Birmingham.

–Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 2000 block of Regent Park Lane, Birmingham. A wallet containing miscellaneous contents and debit/credit card valued at $200 and $600 currency were stolen. A GMC Sierra Denali front driver side window valued at $350 was damaged.

–Domestic violence-harassing communications from the 5000 block of Little Turtle Drive, Birmingham.

–Domestic investigation from the 5000 block of Little Turtle Drive, Birmingham.

–Miscellaneous information from the 200 block of Kings Home Drive, Chelsea.

–Miscellaneous information from the 4100 block of Forest Lakes Road, Sterrett.

–Property damage from the 28400 block of Alabama 25, Wilsonville. A 2017 Kentworth Truck driver’s side mirror and 2004 Sterling truck driver’s side mirror and driver’s side door glass sustained $1,400 worth of damage.

–Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 4600 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.

–Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 4000 block of Alabama 25, Montevallo.

–Death investigation from Robinwood Drive, Sterrett.

–Theft of property from the 3600 block of Bear Creek Road, Sterrett. A 1998 Ford box truck valued at $5,000 was stolen.

–Theft of services from the 4000 block of Eagle Point Corporate Drive, Birmingham.

–Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 500 block of Shelby County 478, Leeds.

–Identity theft from the 3100 block of Meadows Circle, Birmingham.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 500 block of Shelby County 406, Shelby.

–Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Merrywood Lane, Vandiver.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 5300 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.

–Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 1100 block of Regent Park Drive, Birmingham.

 

Oct. 25

–Fleeing or attempting to elude law enforcement and unlawful possession of marijuana. The suspects Honda Civic was damaged after it crashed during pursuit. Dab oil in pink container, a silver marijuana grinder with residue, a glass pipe with marijuana residue and a disc containing pictures were confiscated.

–Criminal mischief from the 2300 block of Springfield Loop West, Birmingham. A 2014 Jeep Cherokee was damaged.

–Domestic investigation from the 600 block of Meadow Drive, Birmingham.

–Theft of property fourth degree from Walmart, Chelsea. DVDs valued at $81.66 were stolen.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 4100 block of Forest Lakes Road, Sterrett.

–Miscellaneous incident from Southwood Drive, Alabaster.

–Burglary and theft of property fourth degree from the 4100 block of Ashington Drive, Birmingham. An empty metal lock box valued at $50 was stolen. A sentry safe and black lock box valued at $250 were recovered.

–Property damage-structure fire from the 2400 building of Mallard Drive, Birmingham.

–Identity theft and theft of property from the 500 block of Turtle Lake Drive, Birmingham. $1,150 in currency was stolen.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 2000 block of Singletree Circle, Birmingham.

–Violation of PFA and theft of property from the 3200 block of Mountain Ridge Circle, Birmingham.

–Theft of property from the 200 block of Oakmont Road, Birmingham.

–Domestic violence-harassment and domestic violence-criminal trespassing from the 100 block of Two Lakes Trail, Columbiana.

–Public intoxication from the 100 block of Indian Trail Road, Indian Springs.

–Miscellaneous incident-found property from the 400 block of Shelby County 428, Chelsea. A black wallet, an Alabama driver’s license, an Alabama food stamps card and $3 currency was recovered.

–Death investigation from the 1000 block of Fairbank Way, Chelsea.

–Fire investigation from the 2700 block of Shelby County 17, Montevallo. A double wide mobile home, a .22 caliber rifle, a 12 gauge shotgun, unknown rifles and an unknown amount of assorted ammunition were damaged.

–Domestic violence-harassment from Monte Verde Lane, Montevallo.

–Death investigation from the 100 block of White Circle, Shelby.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 50 block of Shady Trail, Alabaster.

–Identity theft from the 200 block of North River Road, Shelby.

–Criminal mischief from the 50 block of Southwood Drive, Alabaster. An outdoor umbrella valued at $150 was damaged.

–Violation of domestic violence protection order from the 200 block of Chesser Park Drive, Chelsea.

–Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from U.S. 280 at Essex Drive, Chelsea. A used syringe was recovered.

–Agency assist from the 100 block of Nelson Circle, Montevallo.

––Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of Nelson Circle, Montevallo. A door frame was damaged.

–Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle from the 100 block of Brush Creek Farms, Columbiana.

–Public intoxication from the 29000 block of Alabama 25, Wilsonville.

–Driving under the influence of alcohol from Indian Valley Road at Valleydale Road, Birmingham.

–Harassment from the 3000 block of Inverness Landing, Birmingham.

–Criminal trespass from the 400 block of Shelby County 9, Wilsonville.

–Discharging a firearm into an occupied dwelling from the 1500 block of Shelby County 77, Columbiana.

–Burglary and theft of property from the 100 block of Depot Street, Wilton. An industrial pressure washer valued at $1,000 was stolen.
