The following are uniform incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from Oct. 28-Nov.1

 

Oct. 28

–Miscellaneous incident from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea.

–Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Shelby County 478, Leeds.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 1200 block of Harris and Wright Drive, Birmingham. A window pane valued at $35 was damaged.

–Missing person from the 400 block of Kinnebrew Drive, Chelsea.

–Death investigation from the 200 block of Calumet Drive, Birmingham.

–Domestic violence-assault from the 2000 block of Shelby County 25, Wilton.

–Theft of property fourth degree from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. Two bags of Pedigree dog food, a safety first walker, Russell training sweat pants and jacket and a Hamilton Beach microwave oven valued at $253.53 were stolen.

–Harassing communications from the 5500 block of Double Oak Lane, Birmingham.

 

Oct. 29

–Driving under the influence from Spring Creek Road at Shelby County 16, Calera.

–DUI-combined influence from Valleydale Road at Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham.

–Criminal mischief from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. A pane of reinforced security glass valued at $100 was damaged.

–Domestic investigation from the 7100 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham.

–Theft of property fourth degree from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. Miscellaneous merchandise valued at $153.41 was stolen and three pictures of suspect and suspect’s vehicle was confiscated.

–Assault and criminal mischief from the 6000 block of Shelby County 47, Shelby. One Michelin Defender tire valued at $200 was slashed and damaged.

–Assault from the 6200 block of Shelby County 47, Shelby.

–Miscellaneous information from the 900 block of Hebb Road, Wilsonville.

–Trespassing and criminal mischief from LB Road, Pelham. A mature hickory tree was damaged.

–Domestic investigation from the 30 block of Benjamin Drive, Alabaster.

–Theft of services from 89 Chesser Plantation Lane, Chelsea. Miscellaneous food and alcohol valued at $78.51 was stolen.

–Sexual abuse of a child less than 12 years old from the 4000 block of Spring Creek Road, Montevallo.

–Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from Benjamin Drive, Alabaster. A Poulan chainsaw in a black plastic case, a Husqvarna blower, a Husqvarna weed eater and a small red plastic gas can with fuel valued at $790 was stolen.

–Criminal mischief from 380 McDow Road, Columbiana.

–Harassing communications from Nevinshire Place, Birmingham.

–Miscellaneous incident from Morning Sun Drive, Birmingham.

–Assault third degree from the 300 block of Kings Ranch Lane, Wilsonville.

–Harassment communications from the 600 block of Morning Sun Drive, Birmingham.

–Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Branch Drive, Chelsea.

–Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 1300 block of Weatherby Cove, Birmingham. An XPS Dell laptop and brown leather computer bag with charger and mouse valued at $2,600 was stolen.

 

Oct. 30

–Missing person-runaway juvenile from the 400 block of Lake Chelsea Way, Chelsea.

–Death investigation from Garden Lane, Shelby.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of Narrows Creek Drive, Birmingham.

–Miscellaneous incident-suicide attempt from the 100 block of Shelby County 101, Sterrett.

–Domestic investigation from the 5800 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham.

–Property damage from the 2100 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham. A window and vinyl siding valued at $1,300 was damaged.

–Domestic violence-harassing communications from the 400 block of Reach Drive, Birmingham.

–Theft of property and fraudulent use of a credit card from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. A brown leather bifold wallet, three credit cards and two debit cards and a fitbit watch were stolen in addition to forged credit card charges.

–Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle and theft of property second degree from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. A Glock 27 valued at $500 was stolen.

 

Oct. 31

–Domestic violence-assault from the 1300 block of Liberty Road, Chelsea.

–Burglary third degree and theft of property fourth degree from the 4200 block of Spring Creek Road, Montevallo. Multiple assorted tools from a Craftsman tool set valued at $400 was stolen.

–Burglary and theft of property from the 300 block of Shelby County 406, Shelby. A porcelain piggy bank containing approximately $4,000 in change and $100 bills were stolen.

–Public intoxication and resisting arrest from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea.

–Civil dispute from the 700 block of Carl Raines Lake Road, Hoover.

–Domestic investigation from the 800 block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham.

–Miscellaneous incident-welfare check from the 2000 block of Eagle Ridge Drive, Birmingham.

–Harassment from the 1700 building from Morning Sun Circle, Birmingham.

–Theft of property fourth degree from the 200 block of Hawthorne Street, Birmingham. Approximately $150 worth of lumber board, a bag of cement valued at $10 and four metal contractor brackets valued at $32 were stolen.

–Criminal mischief from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea.

–Miscellaneous information from the 2500 block of Shelby County 37, Columbiana.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 80 block of Woodbury Drive, Chelsea.

–Public intoxication from the 4700 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of Anglers Lane, Shelby.

–Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from Peach Street, Montevallo.

–Harassment from Keller Lane, Vincent.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 13000 block of Shelby County 43, Vandiver.

–Theft of property and burglary from the 700 block of Shelby County 315, Columbiana. A Warner Ladder, a walk board, a Rascal mobile electric chair and charger, impact wrenches and grinders, Cobra CB radios and kicker amps with microphones valued at $3,690 were stolen.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of Monte Verde Lane, Montevallo.

–Identity theft from the 2500 block of Willowbrook Circle, Birmingham.

–Missing person from the 2000 block of Shelby Forest Cove, Chelsea.

 

Nov. 1

–Criminal mischief from the 2000 block of Shelby County 37, Columbiana. A large metal business sign and two lights valued at $800 were damaged.

–Terrorist threat from the 5600 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham.

–Miscellaneous incident-person found from the 5000 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham.

–Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 31000 block of Shelby County 25, Wilsonville.

–Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property from unknown. A Smith & Wesson Shield 9mm semi-automatic pistol valued at $550 was stolen.
