Here are highlights about this week’s Veteran of the Week: Robert (Bob) L. Wolfe was born in Corbin, KY, in 1929. He joined the Army in January 1951. He served from 1951 to 1953 during the time of the Korean War in the 101^st Airborne Division “Screaming Eagles” at Fort Campbell, KY and Fort Benning, GA. After the war he moved to Montgomery, where he died on June 14, 2015, after a valiant fight against cancer.
